Is there his store ever open? over the last 3 years I've gone to it, traveling over an hour, about 4 times and each time closed! When it has been open, as other reviews have said, great service, friendly staff, plenty to choose from, etc.. But when I call ahead of time, I just get the voicemail. I would love to know if they're closed for good.

The owner is knowledgeable and carries only body safe products. Any online orders have shipped quickly and in discreet packaging. Truly the best of the best in the business.

Very frustrated with and disappointed in this business. I wasted hours driving to this place on two separate occasions only to find it closed, door locked, lights off. After waiting awhile in the parking lot each time, I went home. I tried calling the phone number and no answer, mailbox full. Despite previous replies by the owner, there was no update on the website saying it would be closed that day. I try to support local, but unfortunately I won't be disappointed by this business for a third time.Edit: The second time I went to this business, I showed up just after the stated opening time. I waited for over a half hour in the parking lot. I have trouble believing the response that the owner was rushing to the post office before it closed, as this was early in the day.

Fantastic store overall. A lot of great products available for purchase. Business owner is kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful regarding product information, specifications, recs, etc. They responsive to inquiries and you feel comfortable shopping with them.The store is clean and well stocked. You feel comfortable going in and looking at products in a non-judgmental and welcoming atmosphere.Online store is great, shipping is fast and discreet. I've recommended this store to others and will continue to do so.

Waited 30 minutes due to car troubles, but that’s life. With a little patience, I was treated to the kindest and most welcoming experience I’ve ever had in such a store. The owner once met is an absolute saint who makes you feel extremely confident in the quality of the purchases being made. For a one woman show, it was worth the wait for the atmosphere and service alone! 5 stars for sure.

The woman running the shop is super helpful and sweet. She has a variety of products and the location is convenient and doesn't feel sketchy. The atmosphere of the store is very welcoming and jam packed ceiling to floor.The hours are inconsistent which is why this isn't five stars (I do understand understaffing issues).There are many stores to choose from in the area that make you feel dirty or treat you badly (Fantasy Isle). Satin & Lace is not one of them!

If you're not open during regular business hours, you don't have a business you have a hobby. I've had a super stressful 10 months which culminated today and I was looking forward to unwinding with your store being part of it. At least there's a good ice cream stand just down the road

Hours of operation are very inconsistent! I've tried coming to the shop 3 times, all while the website says the hours are "open" as well as their sign outside of the door that states Mon-Sat 12-7. Each time, being closed and no one answers the phone. The time I DID go in was great. But the odd hours of operation make it frustrating to shop here.

The shop was lovely! Great selection, friendly service, and surprisingly good prices. I felt pretty at home there, it's the exact opposite of skeevy. Overall amazing experience.

Review update as promised: 1 to 5 stars. On initial attempt to visit, I didn't get a response and didn't see anything on the website indicating that the store would be closed the day before Valentine's Day which was the reason for the initial 1 star review. Owner or representative responded to my review and stated they were closed due to circumstances beyond control which is completely understandable and a response indicates that they care about their customers. I finally did make it in to the store and it's great, the person on duty was friendly and knowledgeable and even got me in 15 minutes before closing. I was in and out before they closed for the evening. They offer a wide variety of products with pricing to be on par with any local competition. I will definitely return!

I have been going to this store for years. I have always felt welcomed and comfortable. In the times of Covid, the lovely owner has done everything she can to provide a safe and comfortable space. For all my adult toy needs, I bring my money to Satin n Lace. Protect Independents! Jeff doesn't need your money...

I had a great experience at Satin and Lace! Sarah was very knowledgeable of the products we looked at and gave me great recommendations. She made me feel comfortable and not rushed at all. The space was well-lit and had a cozy vibe. As others have said in their reviews, this store is a hidden gem and I can't wait to go back for my next purchase!
