Here is my experience 11/13 3.30pmMy wife had surgery, discharged 11/13 and needed her pain meds. Orders went to a different Rite Aide Pharmacy but when I got there they were closed. Called the hospital who cancelled and sent order to this Rite Aide. I walk in ask for the order and was told by person A that it will take 30 mins.Went out came back in after 30 mins. While walking in Person A is walking out of the store in what seems like an end of shift.Now I meet Person B who then tells me they are short staff and I will have to wait another 30 mins. I begin to shake my head only to be told "yeah you shaking your head but there is nothing I can do"As customers we do not go to a store to pay our money to hear this garbage. I was respectful and don't need any extra drama. In as much as I was upset all that was need was an apology and that Person B would do everything to get the order filled.I give 5 stars because I have been in organizations where staffing is challenging. However, please use this to do some weeding out or training of staff so they don't approach your valued customers in such a manner.Additionally when I came back Person B was very pleasant which means they are quite capable of doing so.

Unprofessional, inept pharmacy. I submitted a covid pcr test request for me and my wife. Went thru multiple screens inputting data, insurance, answering questions. Received email "confirming" our time slots for the pcr test. When we arrived and told the pharmacist we were here for the pcr test she looked at me like I had 2 heads, said you need appointment. I said I do here are the email confirmations from Rite Aid. She looked at a cashier and said, "do you know how to do a covid test?" Then the cashier said, "we are telling people to go to a clinic" I said I have a confirmed appointment here at this location now. It was like talking to a child, they dont get it. Horrific, I left the store told them get your web site fixed. The response was yes other people have complained, I told them no "You need to get your website fixed" Total unprofessional and simply incompetent. An complete embarrassment to the pharmaceutical care profession.

Worst Rite Aid around-- the store manager is as unprofessional as they get. I'm pretty sure there is a case of sexual harassment going on in this workplace, judging by how the women who work there are uncomfortable. Not sure though. Also very messy. Bad attitudes.

My husband is a well respected businessman & Retired Veteran,who is coming out of retirement to aid in whatever means possible at this terrible time in the world.. My husband went into this Rite Aide last week to pick up toilet paper,paper towels & water bottles. Upon seeing the price for 6 rolls of toilet paper at a whopping $14.99, my husband questioned whether the price was correct or not..he was told by the manager , yes, it was the price. My husband thought it to be price gouging,as it is rather high,especially considering we're in the middle of a pandemic. Rather than make the price a bit more affordable to charge $14.99 for six rolls of toilet paper is a sin. THE MANAGER on duty proceeded to call MY HUSBAND an A**HOLE, my husband was flabbergasted,he dropped the 24 pack of water on the floor and THE MANAGER THEN called MY HUSBAND a D*CK. My husband got online (reluctantly,but needing to take care of his family decided to pay the price & seriously swallow his dignity ) the woman in front of him online thought it'd be a good idea to tell my husband to"SHUT THE F*CK UP AND JUST PAY IT". My mortified husband paid for these three items and left,to where I was waiting in the car. After telling me what happened I promptly took the items & receipt & returned them, I received $26.54 for 6 rolls of toilet paper & 6 pack roll of paper towels,we kept the $10.00 24 pack of water. While I was inside completing my transaction I heard this manager & other customers discussing what had happened just then. The manager spoke derogatorily about my husband & I left. While in the car waiting for me, my husband went ONLINE TO RITE AIDE CORPORATE to REPORT this MANAGER (I reported the price gouging to the Connecticut hotline for this action) I have spoken to the district manager once when she called on the following Tuesday March 31, the incident took place on March 29 at 3:54pm. The District Manager said she'd need " to investigate" the said incident & get back to me. She did not,I called her yesterday April 1 , when she then told me her & her superiors were still "investigating", as if I were lying? She informed me there is no audio tape available to which is VITAL to their "investigation" along with "witnesses". I'm sure the employees will tell the truth & not fear for their jobs. Store # 01404 30 Germantown Road Danbury,Ct 06810 Register #3 Transaction # 772893 3/29/20 3:54pm There are no words after my explanation to why I've written this review,I don't believe more is necessary other than COMPLETELY DISGRACEFUL,TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL AND VILE. *SIDE NOTE* we left RITE AIDE and went to TRADER JOES on Mill Plain Rd & paid $3.99 for a six pack of toilet paper. This is the worse store in all Danbury ,the employees are very rude and racist.i went to the store to buy something that was on sale, the cashier and the manager both gave me attitude and the manager told me that he couldn't take any more transactions after we was standing there for 20 mins he told us that they're closed with a very nasty attitude. I highly recommend rite aid to be careful who they hire bc just one employee can ruin buissness. I personally wont be doing back to that rite aid neither would my family would be shopping there anymore.That happened .10/21/2019

I was walking through the store and got some of the items I wanted to buy and an employee came up to me and accused me that I was going to steal it. I had $20 in my hand and was about the walk up to th counter. I just didn’t understand why he would accuse me of that. He told me he would call the police so I just went to another store so I couldn’t buy anything I wanted to buy. But I can’t believe people hire these type of employees. So rude and messed up.
