Love this place! Best customer service. Every single person is so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I worked with their designer Laura whom I cannot recommend enough. She listened to what I wanted and helped us pick the perfect paint color. Laura went above and beyond and I cannot recommend this place or her enough.

It is a good alternative in terms of branches, variety of products, but customer service is something that I always have to emphasize, I am going to insist that this cold culture of customer service change, the people who work must understand that without customer these stores would not exist.

Can't believe the terrible experience we had at Ring’s End in Danbury, CT. The lady with curly hair at the front desk was so rude and unhelpful. She completely ignored our request for assistance and instead engaged in a personal conversation with a friend. Talk about unprofessional! Won't be giving them my business again.

I love the Danbury location. This is another location that has the worlds best staff but such a little store. They have the essentials so I can't knock them but this location is specifically for paint and wallpaper. They don't have many hardware options at all. That's my only tiff with this location hahah. Other than that, there is no better place in Danbury or Brookfield for paint. All the staff is truly wonderful and Ben is the absolute MVP. I go to him for just about everything.

Bek has been so helpful throughout our whole experience. We’ve had to get a ton of paint and she has made excellent recommendations and always went out of her way to make it easy for us. The whole team at this store has been really helpful and friendly, it’s made the many trips I’ve taken in there very pleasant.
