I have tried this company at LEAST 5 times.. so shame on me. The first time I had dropped off 50 hats to have embroidered (I left an example of exactly what I wanted so I figured they can't get it wrong). In fairness, they didn't get it wrong, however, after 2.5 weeks I called to see if they were ready and was told they couldn't duplicate the hat that I had left so they did NOTHING! (I respect that.. HOWEVER, CALL ME I needed them for an event and I was unable to get it done in time! Second time, I have NO TIME restrictions.. they could have the shirts as long as they needed... when I got them back they were ALL wrong.. names on a 3XL for a guy that's 126lbs... ALL 7 shirts were wrong! 3rd time went there only because they had my logo and I was in a bind... things went fine as well as the fourth time! Recently, I purchased a few shirts and told them I HAVE to have them by Feb 2 as we are leaving for Florida.. (3 weeks prior long enough u would THINK for just 3 shirts being vinyl printed)... once again they never called.. I'm on my way to grab shirts and call ahead... they weren't ready.. They tell me it will ONLY take 15 minutes.. I say "ok I'll wait for them" the problem was the guy that does it wasn't there.. they say come next day in morning they be ready.. so on way to airport we now have to stop there.. call ahead and the guy that does the printing called in sick... I get a call 30 minutes later saying he just came in and the shirts were ready.. wtf? shady shady! We will NOT be back!

In our process for getting set up for our annual Lions road race, we received an email from Charlie asking if he could help. His correspondence is timely, great pricing, and was able to get the shirts for our road race (all the way over in Marlborough) to us without having to have us pay shipping (ie., personal delivery). I am extremely happy with Rankin Textile and will continue to utilize them for our road race shirts.

Rankin Textile did an amazing job creating shirts, hats, sweatshirts and sweatpants for our yearly camping trip. Ordering for 50 people was easy with a webpage set up by Rankin and their prices are reasonable. I was able to get the items quickly after the order closed. I would highly recommend Rankin, they have great customer service and did quality work that well exceeded my expectations.

Alex and his staff were awesome! I had an idea for my sweetheart's birthday. Unfortunately, I usually get my best ideas last minute, but I took a chance and went to Rankin to see if they could execute my idea, and if they could also do it within a few days. Not only did they do a masterful job, they got it done with time to spare, and all at a very reasonable price. Thank you Alex!

I ordered stickers and custom t-shirts at 2 separate times. Both times I received constant communication about the design process, and our orders were finished and delivered within 2 weeks. I am impressed with the communication and efficiency of Rankin Textile Printing! I will for sure order again!

My 5th/6th Grade Boys Basketball Team had just won the league championship. We beat 3 teams that had beaten us during the season - including one unbeaten team that many said would never, ever lose. I wanted to do something special for the boys - so I reached out to Rankin about "creating" championship shirts. I had no design experience and penciled a drawing of what I wanted on it. I reached out to Charlie on a Monday - knowing I would see my team one last time 5 days later - and within those 5 days the Ranking Team designed and produced the most wonderful shirts while giving me the Peace of Mind that they had it under control. They look (and are!) professional - like the ones they sell in stores after a pro team wins a championship. When I presented them to the boys (and coaches) that Saturday I saw the biggest smiles I had ever seen on 11 year old boys - something I will never forget. Someone asked if I made one for myself - I said no - I made 2 for myself in case one is in the wash. An absolute wonderful job.

I was a new customer who needed a variety of items (t-shirts, hats, etc.) for 3 different events and for my business. Charlie, Alex, and the rest of the Rankin Staff provided excellent customer service both in person and over the phone. They were extremely patient considering all of the details that were included with my items. They were able to get my them printed in a timely manner plus they looked AWESOME! I would highly recommend them!
