As always the process was painless both in the appointment and the blood drawing. I was called within 5 mins of arrival and on my way 5 mins after. Your staff in Danbury (wish I remembered her name) was lovely, friendly and professional. Well done Quest!

I use the small downtown Danbury office on Main Street. No crowd, no muss, no fuss. My wait time is minimum. I go regularly for blood draw and this office is fantastic.

I booked this appointment the night before, for 9am. The other quest nearby was completely booked , everyday for the next week! I picked my son up from school & we were seen immediately upon checking in! I think this location is a hidden gem!

No empathy at all! I was there with my 15 months son for a blood test 03/05/2024
It was optional for us, at the end I decided not to do it because I was too much for him. As a first time father I didn’t want to see him suffering. I told the nurse that I’m not going to do it right now, but another nurse showed up and she said it’s ridiculous! So my question is why acting like that?
I will never go back to this place for sure!

I used to go to this location for the past 5 years. But I went a week ago and the girl Rana was extremely rude to me. I think she just wanted to go home. She kept making excuses why she couldn't help me

I will try my best to NEVER use quest again! The people I've tried to speak with are very rude, they always start out nice until I ask a question then it quickly turns to rudeness. The sites they send you back and forth on are confusing and the apps even worse! I will not recommend Quest to anyone!

I had an appointment and I show up at appointment time and they're closed with a note on the door. Happened twice. I received a text notification of the closing on the second time, but the first time they failed to inform the main call center who scheduled me so I never received notice. The two instances were 3 business days apart.

I had phlebotomist Jasmine assist me and when I tell you... she had hands as light as a FEATHER! I did not feel not one pinch of needle going in to draw blood. Thank you for your work! Stay safe everyone!

I was amazed at how fast I was taken in, once brought to the draw room I noticed how clean it was, everything had been wiped down prior to the lady bringing me back. She made the process quick and easy for me. The blood draw was also painless. I believe her name was Jasmin. This will be my new favorite quest location

I went to this location for the first time to have my blood drawn, and I have to say that it was one of my best experiences dealing with any lab. The staff was friendly and polite, very helpful getting through the COVID safety protocols, answered all of my questions, and were quick to get me in and out without feeling rushed. Oh, and no pain finding a vein and drawing the blood. Plenty of parking in the back and easy access. I'm making this my new "go to" lab for all future blood work.

Went for bloodwork I need for a procedure as a walk in. The voicemail for the lab states Walk ins welcome, which is important for me because I cannot make normal business hours. While waiting, the worker saw me and demanded if I had an appointment, I said no, and showed my lab slip. I was then told I needed an appointment. I waited 30 minutes waiting to see if they would see me, they did not. However, 3 walk ins came in behind me and no comment was made to them. Will NOT use this lab.

I wish I can put the pic I was take yesterday about my experience at this location ? omg how shame...The nurse was rude and unprofessional... the place was very dirty I will never come in this place again ? I hope after this comment everything change ? Thank you
