Paid $250 for a “suite”. Just meant it had a couch. No blanket on it and I had to get a little nasty with the employee who brought us sheets claiming they had no blankets.
The room supposedly meant for six was set up for two people. Two towels, two washcloths, two little plastic cups. The employee said he could give me one more towel. I told him we were each entitled to our own! He says people steal them so they are low on them.
We had a little basket with two coffee bags but no coffee maker. He finally brought me one that had loose plastic inside where it had been broken. I passed.
The alarm clock was literally smashed though still functioning. I unplugged it because those loose hot wires seemed unsafe around my daughter.
The air conditioner is barely functioning. Employee doesn’t seem to care. Totally not worth the price we paid.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was very dirty and uncomfortable. We reserved two nights but checked out early eating the $160 cost of an additional night. I would gladly pay double if it meant getting some sleep and not worrying about my kids walking barefoot on the dirty floors or opening up the air conditioner components by merely bumping into it.
The pool is very small and was inaccessible. I did not feel that my stay here was worth it.
It was stuffy in our room so we opened a window. Our neighbors were smoking in their room blowing smoke out their window and into ours.
Finally, the breakfast was out of coffee and waffle batter. A hotel employee attempted to make himself a waffle and found no batter for himself. We watched as he went into the back, got some batter for himself to make his own waffle, but didn't bring any for the guests. We got breakfast at the 7/11 next door.
This was our experience, yours may differ.
Rooms: Very dirty. My kids could not be barefoot in the rooms without getting their feet dirty. Although smoking is prohibited, other guest smoked in their rooms, blew smoke out their windows and into ours. We checked out early and ate the cost of our second night.
Safety: The air conditioner fell part while trying to get it to work. The room was super hot in May. I can't imagine what July would be like.
Food & drinks: A poor quality continental breakfast. They were out of coffee. We got a better quality breakfast at the 7/11 next door. Fresh donuts and coffee with milk. Thank you 7/11.
Noteworthy details: The hallways need to be vacuumed occasionally. They are too dirty. The pool was inaccessible.

Room was clean upon entry. Bed was hard like sleeping on a board. I stayed for 4 nights and housekeeping never entered my room.

Cobwebs in every corner, discarded beer cans everywhere, mysterious liquid stains and hand prints on the wall in our room, dirt on the bedsheets, bad showerhead, useless laundry area, clear dirt and debris on the floors and in the bathroom. No bugs though, and the person at the front desk was nice enough, so i wont give it one star

On Mother’s Day weekend we stayed on a pinch , ( had reserved for 2 nites )checked out after 1 horrific nite . Hotel was dirty, smelly . Worst was the screaming we heard about 1am till 5am , very scary situation especially in today’s world . Unsafe for sure . Will never ,never stay there!!!!!
Safety: Obviously there is some improper behaviors that some are utilizing these rooms .

The reviews for this hotel are a little bit misleading. The place is not perfect, but it is clean and fairly well-kept. The pool was actually warmer than most hotel pools. And it was a very nice pool with a deep end of 5 feet. The breakfast was OK with various pastries and waffle maker, toast, coffee, etc. The location is very convenient right next to a large 7-Eleven. Also, it’s across from Pepe’s pizza which is amazing.
All in all this hotel is good for a short stay. We were happy with our time here. Also, the rooms have a microwave or refrigerator. Good hot water shower. The beds are very comfortable.

Worst experience...first of all most people rent for rest and those with kids rent for fun. I rented during a holiday weekend and my kids love swimming. I arrive and I am told I am unable to get into the pool until 5 after checking in at 3. I get into pool around 5:15 pm and I had my cousine bring his kids to enjoy pool with my kids and after half hour the front desk guy comes to the front to tell me I have to pay 25 dollars extra a person for them to swim for 2 hrs. Mind you I have a room that sleeps 6 pple and only 4 of us were staying the night but either way there was no policy that state the pool where only for guest and my visitors could not join. I have been to plenty of Quality Inn and never have had this problem. Guy attempted to tell me it was an owner operator policy and I asked for written policy which was not disclosed and refused to pay. My kids ended up getting sick that night after swimming in the pool. My kids are 4 and 6 so sometimes they end up drinking some of the water. Daughter threw up all night and son woke up in the morning throwing up. My daughter was able to get rid of the bacteria and my son is still fighting the bacteria and still sick bc of there dirty pool. Then we get up and where there is suppose to be breakfast there wasn't. Breakfast included didn't say limit or while last. Cereal no milk cold coffee and no juice no fruit and waffles mix machine stuffed and not coming out. Worst time ever. Not worth the 2 star
