This was my first time there. I was in the market for a sofa. This place was ok. The sales girl was attentive but to be an outlet it seemed a bit over price . I may as well purchased from a main store. The sofa selection was a part of this and a piece of that nothing worth purchasing

Somehow PB seems to think that when they refund you they can keep the taxes you paid.... be mindful of refunds from PB- check to ensure you are FULLY refunded. I've been on the phone now for 43 minutes on hold with a rep while she gets permission from the leadership to approve a refund of the taxes I paid on returned furniture.... AND WOW- call was just disconnected!

Have to give it 5 stars for the fact that its still open. we are at risk of losing these kind of high quality furniture retailers where we can test pieces out in person and order proper white glove delivery. location is farily small but the have enough selection to make a solid purchase decision. Internet furniture just isnt built to this standard

Hours on their website and google not accurate - do not trust!! Came all the way here to find them closed even though hours showed them open. Maybe try calling first!

The salesperson, Lyhla, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect sofa to fit my needs. Not only did Lyhla have a great eye for design, but her friendly and approachable manner made the entire experience a breeze.The sofa itself is just what I was looking for and has exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and style. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and would like to give a special shout-out to Lyhla for making it such a positive experience.
