Pottery Barn, a furniture retailer, has received mixed reviews from its customers. While some have had a positive experience, others have found the prices to be a bit high for an outlet store. The store's selection of sofas has been described as a "part of this and a piece of that, nothing worth purchasing." However, one customer praised the salesperson, Lyhla, for her excellent customer service and design expertise, which made the entire experience a "breeze." The customer was incredibly satisfied with the sectional sofa they purchased, finding it to be both comfortable and stylish. Despite the mixed reviews, the store has been praised for still being open, as there is a risk of losing high-quality furniture retailers where customers can test out pieces in person and order proper white glove delivery. The location may be small, but it has enough selection to make a solid purchase decision, unlike the internet furniture which may not meet the same standards. Overall, Pottery Barn appears to offer a mixed experience, with some customers finding the prices high and the selection lacking, while others have had an excellent experience with the knowledgeable and friendly staff.
This was my first time there. I was in the market for a sofa. This place was ok. The sales girl was attentive but to be an outlet it seemed a bit over price . I may as well purchased from a main store. The sofa selection was a part of this and a piece of that nothing worth purchasing
