My baby sees dr Baff since she was 2 months, she is 9 now, he is great! Very through on his exams! I 100% recommend and if I adopt another dog, I will never change vet.

We've had a 40+ years relationship with Plumtrees Animal Hospital via Dr Baff (the father) and now his son, Dr W Baff. Now, we’ve brought our latest pup for her 2nd set of vaccination and initial physical. She had a thorough exam, vaccinations, our questions were fully answered and we were given plenty of time to make care plans for our puppy, Ruby.
The entire staff are professional, caring and responsible. It’s been a pleasure to bring our dogs to Plumtrees and highly recommend this veterinarian practice.

Wonderful! Lauren and team were so helpful when we had a last minute need pop up for our dog. They were accommodating, professional, and thorough during the exam. Love Plumtrees for a pet!

The front staff and the vet and All of the vet techs are all so professional and caring. They took us as a last minute appointment and thank goodness. My poor cat was in so much pain. Thank you so much!!! You took such good care of our cat. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate you squeezing us in!! I love that you told us what the bill would be prior to providing the care. Amazing communication.

Scheduled 2 visits and each time they charged us $100 to confirm - and each time we paid $100 to confirm. They never followed up and when we did not hear back from them a few weeks before the appointment / upcoming visit, they had no recollection of: 1) The payment 2) The reason why we scheduled the appointment. Our dog was with Plumtrees since she was born. We moved to another state for a few years, returned to CT -- and against our better instincts (and the negative reviews) we gave Plumtrees another chance. Big mistake. They are disorganized, unprofessional. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. They're mechanical. Terrible - No soul, no spirit, no personality, no personalized service. Awful. The Walmart or the Kmart of Veterinarians.

I highly recommend Plumtrees Animal hospital to anyone looking for an excellent vet. I've been going to them for over 19 years and Dr. Baff and the rest of the staff are top notch. Dr. Baff is very knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to answer all my questions. He's straightforward but not an alarmist! I trust him completely.

This puppy was very sick while we were going through CT. on a cross country trip. I had called several vets and Plumtrees squeezed us in at the end of the day. Dr. Baff did the most thorough physical I have ever observed a veterinarian do. He also did appropriate bloodwork and x-rays. Kerlin was also given subcutaneous fluid to prevent dehydration. An antiemetic and an antifungal drug were provided. Kerlin’s gastrointestinal issue improved, and he was his spunky, self within the week.We were fortunate to have found him and his caring staff.
