I come to this location very often for the past few years and this particular time wasn't my favorite. I felt as if my dogs haircut was rushed, I'm not sure if it was because they were short staff or what but I always get the same haircut and extras along with it. I felt as if his haircut wasn't as good as it normally is and was just poorly done. I am considering since the amount of money I pay each time to look elsewhere.

Very very upset. I had a talk with the manager Richard about the sick bettas this week all together six dead ones and all sick ones. He said it was a "bad batch" ok that can happen but what upset me is he lied and said "they're getting a lot better" and they were treating them.... just out of curiosity I went in and looked and surprise surprise sick and more dead bettas all the sick ones has ammonia poisoning and a lot of them were swimming in their own feces being accumulated for days. Some rotting in the cup for a long time. He seemed peeved that I emailed Petco HQ about the complaint and told me just to "call them about a complaint". I've made several complaints over the last couple months to management and employees and nothing happens. No wonder why they don't want me to contact HQ because they don't want to get in trouble. I would've been a lot happier if he just owned up to it instead of lying. I felt like he eluded my statement when I mentioned three times last month bettas were just as bad but he went around it. I couldn't stay in there long because it sickened me knowing I was lied to and how deceitful the staff was. Fix your fish section it's fish for God's sake it's not that hard to treat them. I posted some pics of them in the beginning of this week and a couple of when I went to check to se did they were actually getting "better"

love pet co in danbury very courtious salespeople store always neat. took my dogs for nail trims and shampooing the ladies there super friendly and very sweet to my dogs. catarina was very personable with my german sheperad who is very scared of everything will definately be back thank you petco

I took my puppies in for a haircut on September 22nd 2018 and when I pick them up they look like they have been butchered I am very upset and angry. It has taken me a long time to get their hair right and looks like is going take me even longer to get it right again I was so upset I pay for the service in Left, I did make a phone call after I calmed down and spoke with a manager and he was pleasant. When he seen the dog for himself He did refund my money but given me my money back is not enough these two are my pride and joy I feel like Petco should do more then just refund my money.

They are really lacking in selection and we're out of the sizes I needed on almost all the leashes, collars etc. good selection of food but not other items.

I decided to try this PETCO and so glad I did. I usually take my English Bulldog to another PETCO but couldn't get an appointment soon enough. My appointment was scheduled for 1pm, I arrived about 45 minutes early. They didn't make me wait but took Matt in right away. Overall, Matt came back smelling and looking good. The girls taking care of Matt were fantastic. Also received a great discount on the wash and other items in the store.
