My wife was driving home in a downpour and had an issue with my trucks wiper blades. She stopped into O’Reilly Auto Parts and was helped by Rich who got her the correct part and even went out in the pouring rain to change the wiper blades!!! She was so thankful and wanted to make sure he was mentioned for his service and kindness!Thanks!

After purchasing new wiper blades at O'Reilly's, I noticed they weren't working correctly. I returned to the store and I was immediately assisted and Pedro fixed the issue. Outstanding customer service! Lovely staff. I highly recommend them.

I had an emergency with my truck. We needed a caliper and brake pads. My sons called O’Reillys on Padanarum Road in Danbury said I was two minutes away. I pull in the parking lot at exactly 9:59 pm. They shut the light off as I’m pulling in, and would not sell me the parts. They had the parts, but chose to turn me away. Being a business owner of my own I would have never done that to anyone. I will never use O’Reilly’s auto parts. AutoZone has stayed open for me numerous times, but O’Reillys felt that they could not . Never depend on him!
