Horrible experience!! Not only did i stand there with 3 people behind the desk for 10 minutes, before even being greeted, never mind checked in. I went in for a pregnancy ultrasound (3rd baby) and was told I couldn't watch the monitor to see baby, could not know if and what the heart beat was, and no pictures! To call my doctor. Never in my life have I experienced something so upsetting. And the ultrasound tech stayed in the room while I undressed for a vaginal ultrasound. Again, never beenIn that position! I'll never return. I'll drive farther away!

I asked to get a disc of my MRI. The morning I called to make sure it is ready, they didn’t even placed my request. So I talked to a different receptionist and ask to get my disc. She said she will call me when it’s ready. A week past. Still don’t have my disc so I had to cancel my Dr’s appointment. They say 24 hour notice is required but has been more than a week since I requested.Their office operation is terrible.

Madeline Albright said most profoundly ""There is a special place in hell for women who don't help other women.", but I will alter that slightly "....who are not kind and respectful to other women". Let's face it, some of the types of tests, and reasons for them, are decidedly more stressful, and could use a bit of TLC. There is not one bit of need for testy, roughness, or lack of patience and concern. I hope not to use the services here in Germantown again. ... Many, many years ago there was a kindly technician named Geri, although she is long passed, the current staff could use a few pointers from her passionate health care skills.

The front office staff are super helpful, nice, and accommodating. The low rating is due to the interaction I had with the woman doing my ultrasound (I'm pregnant). This was my first ultrasound and my husband and I were super excited to see the baby. The woman taking care of us was unkind, did not communicate how I needed to prepare for the ultrasound and then asked "what are you doing?" When I sat on the exam table (she did not give any instructions ). The entire experience was disappointing.

I saw some reviews here and made me doubtful of going there. But since the phone call from them to schedule my ultrasound, to the confirmation call and the assistance there has been outstanding!!!! Thank you dear staff! I did not have my insurance card yet and they worked it out. Since the young lady in the front with all the paperwork, providing me the info to have access to the portal until the technician who was a complete sweetheart. It was a really pleasant visit for me, while I am struggling with my health situation here!Again, Thank you! I hope can meet you all again in the next appointment.

Monday 1.31.22 10:45 appt at 67 Sandpit for Mammogram and Bone Density screening. Tech had to apologize. She attempted 2-3 times on each breast to get machine to clamp down on me without releasing immediately. Said they had repair tech there, but it worked fine when there. So instead of just once being squeezed, it was several attempts.Same tech did my Bone density scan. Since she knew my right hip was just replaced, she went on to the left hip, which needs to be replaced next. Without warning she put her hands on my left foot and turned it toward my other leg WHILE saying she needed it to be turned. I came up off the table and yelped! I said be careful, that hip is bad! For at least 3 days that hip has been more painful than usual. She didn't say anything, just kept working.The first item wasn't her fault, but yours. The second part, she needs to be told to warn patients before she does something like that. Be gentler!Today I had to go back for breast ultrasound. I had Wendy and she was absolutely perfect. Very knowledgeable, explained everything, great manner!

I am sorry I went here.Some bullets:- 20 minute hold to get a phone call answered inc'l making an appt- staff called with safety instructions asked me to call back, left no name, no extension, said they must speak with me at least 1 day prior to appt....Call back 3X; 20 wait minutes each time, 1st try disconnected me(hung up) , 2nd try "tech is with a patient" she will call back and 3rd effort - never mind we will talk to you when you get here.- Arrive at appt time - turns out they lied - appt was not at 8:30 they say it was arrive at 8:30 for a 9am appt so you sit.- they hand me a stack of paperwork at arrival - why didn't you send this to me? PDF? mail? No desk, must fill out on my lap.Doctor picked this place for me - there are better operators in the area.

Let me start by saying that over the past few months, due to a very serious health issue, I’ve seen the full spectrum of the healthcare system in this country. I’ve encountered brave professionals who perform their jobs with pride, professionalism and true bravery. They are the real heroes of the unprecedented times in which we live. Alternately, there are the people I encountered here today. People who nod toward signs, don’t make any eye contact (unless they are scolding you for interrupting their personal conversation) or myriad other unprofessional behaviors. I hesitated going here. My doctor recommended against it. I went anyway. The bar was set low yet they still managed to disappoint.

Nothing like getting hung up on twice after long extended holds then treated poorly when you do get to speak with a scheduling person. Tried to follow up on an MRI order that I had spoken to a NE rep on twice before. They said they were working on it previously because my provider was not in the system. Today, no history that I had anything that was being worked on. Lots of wasted time and got treated like a piece of crap! Happy Monday you bunch of crab apples!

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience tonight. Everyone involved from check to check out was friendly and professional. Went in on or slightly ahead of schedule. Really no room for improvement with my visit.

Excellent Front Desk Both Girls were really professional and really helpful. I recommend Mat from CT great tech. Definitely will recommend this place for anyone who needs any radiology test.

I want to commend, Chris, the tech who helped me through a CT scan in Danbury on SandPit road. Rarely have I encountered such a kind, cheerful, patient and helpful person. I am claustrophobic and he was incredibly supportive. Chris, you are the nicest health care person I have ever encountered. You make a difference. Best kathryn
