Every time I go to this banking center there is a long line and very few people working. Very frustrating experience every single time. Bank of America has closed down other nearby locations so these three workers are servicing many towns. I wish Bank of America would open their branches and also add more workers to service the need that is obviously there.

Tellers are friendly. But every time I am stuck in a long line. Someone is just greeting (nice people) while one person works at the desk. Why do you need a greeter? Just help behind the desk, so we can get in and out. Thank you

Worst customer service ever. 5 customers waiting in line. 1 Teller working. 4 other employees sitting in their cubicles discussing lunch. Ugh!
