Excellent service, but overpriced for an oil change. I really like this Monro, but was very surprised that an oil change for my 2013 Outback cost $118. I had the oil changed at another repair shop a few months ago and only spent $86 (tax and fees included), which I'd say is pretty consistent with what I've paid for oil changes in this car elsewhere. $118 is excessive by all means. I likely won't come back to this location given the cost, which is unfortunate as everything else is great here. The employees are wonderful. They got me in and out on time. With so many repair shops around, I'm going to choose to go somewhere that's more reasonably priced.

Pete is an absolute God send! If you’re feeling anxious about car problems or need someone to explain things without talking down to you- PETE IS THE MAN! He connected me with solid people who helped me fix my son’s car, went the extra mile to ensure everything was safe and working. It’s rare these days to find this level of service. Pete and staff exceed 5 stars.

Took my car to see if I needed to replace my spark plug replaced. Brought it around 8:00 am, called around 10:00 and was told they changed the spark plug already and they were gonna test drive it. I find it weird that they didn’t ask me whether or not I wanted it replaced before replacing it, considering they didn’t give me a quote and I only took in my car to get looked at. They did good work, but need to communicate better.

Came in with a leak in my tire, was able to have it patched without an appointment. Service was fast and the man at the desk was very nice and helpful.

Very friendly staff, went there to confirm a head gasket issue with our car. Also tipped off one of the coolant hoses for us and didn’t charge us despite thoroughly looking over the car.

I had two different instances when I came in for service. The1st one was the bottom cover came off and the mechanic said they will look at it and fix it for no charge. I really appreciate that. My car wouldn't start and I needed a jump to get to your service station. Immediately they were able to figure out what the problem was and fix it and I was out in no time at all. They were efficient and excellent with their work. I would definitely recommend anybody needs anything done with their vehicle that is the place to go.
