Completely destroyed my car’s rack and pinion and axle taking it out of some muddy grass. Wasn’t even a ditch, just the side of the road - probably took it out in park or at a bad angle or something. Then, for a 2 minute tow, they wanted to charge me a little over $600.00 dollars. And then for another tow 5 minutes down the road from their shop to my mechanic’s shop, an extra $245 dollars. In the end, though, it actually came out to be a little over $800.00 dollars. Cherry on top: when they towed me it was the owner and he told the cop on scene he wasn’t going to charge us and was going to do us a favor because of the bad weather. What a damn favor. Terrible experience. It then took like 3 or so days for them to tow my car to my mechanics shop just so they could rack up storage fees. Wouldn’t even answer my calls - con artists the lot of them.

Towed a utility trailer just a little over a mile and charged me $275.00. The driver didn’t say much. I guess he was too embarrassed that he was ripping off an older out of state couple, and a veteran who had been stranded for seven hours. A bad stain on the city of Danbury and the state of Connecticut! Beware, as I read other reviews and I’m not the first one they have ripped off! No wonder they can afford such fancy designs on their truck!

The most dishonest company in the city of Danbury. I took my car to do a job, they didnt do the job and said they did. I took it to another mechanic they told me that this company did not even do my car alignment, tell me.. how do you do a car alignment without removing the tires and changing the tires? They charge super high and off limits.Don’t fall for they’re talk.Service: Tire change

I am here to express my indignation with this business. I took my car there to do a job but they couldnt do it, even so they charged me. They were totally dishonest with me and impolite. How do you charge a job that you couldnt do it? They are very incompetent and can't handle the job. Without mentioning the high prices they charge. Don't fall for this, this is just one more trying to earn money on top of people.Service: Tire change

From Lauren taking information, to Doug assessing the situation, to both James(Owner) and Doug arriving ahead of schedule the next morning with the right equipment to do the job. I would give them a 10 star review, but there is not that option. As can be seen by photos my skid steer slid to a point that not one tire was actually on solid ground. Thankfully the fence post held it in it precariously balanced position between the front and back left tire. The bucket was less than a foot from my electrical lines and my water spigut, so it could not be pulled forward. You can also see that it happened to be about as far from the driveway as possible on an angled aisle that could not fit a wrecker. James and Doug carefully pulled it out of its position without causing any damage. I am so thankful and happy to find out they do mechanical work on gas and diesel engines, body work, and tires. They’ve got a new customer for life!Service: Special vehicle towing
