“Okay so I bought a Samsung Galaxy a21 phone at the store. Within a week I started having marketing ads pop up on this phone. I'm not talking about the little small ads that run on the bottom of your phone; I'm talking about full screen ads that run on top of anything I was doing.I took the phone back to the store. I was furious! Can I just say DIANA. She's the best! she went through every app on my phone and deleted everything that she thought could have downloaded a virus.I haven't had a problem since.
