Got my Furnace serviced by Mitchell Oil & Propane. Ruben the Technician was Professional, Technically Terrific & Respectful. As a matter of fact from when I call the office, I was handled by Jonell who is always there for me as is Joe V the Delivery Driver who has never left even a teaspoon of Oil on my driveway. Tyler and His partner did a fantastic job installing our replacement gas fireplace...so helpful, clean, nice...went beyond the job at hand and rebuilt a second gas fireplace log set that had tumbled...highly recommend Mitchell, Dee, Tyler and their entire team!! wonderful people, wonderful service!!

We have been a Mitchell customer for many years and this review is long overdue! We have always been so pleased with this company and would go nowhere else! Their office staff are courteous and helpful and the technicians are highly qualified and thorough. We recently had an issue with our boiler and the tech, Jonathan went above and beyond to get it fixed the same day! It's this kind of service that customers like us truly appreciate.Thank You!

We had been experiencing one pretty significant problem with our oil furnace. We signed up for the service plan & the technician (Ruben) came out and was excellent! Ruben was extremely nice, knowledgeable, & professional. He quickly identified a potential cause, walked me thru his solution, and then proceeded to look everything over while he was there. He adjusted a few other things & explained each one. He fixed the problem (after a couple of other techs did not!) & the furnace is running so much better overall. I honestly thought we'd be trying to manage this problem & have multiple service calls all winter! We couldn't be more satisfied with the service.

I’m relatively a new customer and last night we lost heat around 730 within 25 minutes of my phone call to Mitchell Propane and Oil. There was a technician at my boiler. He was courteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable about his task at hand in a reasonable amount of time, he identified the parts that failed and had those parts on board his truck I would recommend this company highly to anyone looking for an oil, propane, and HVAC contractor respectfully Joseph, A.Barca Jr., Southbury, Connecticut

I had an old oil tank replaced, and Mitchell handled the job efficiently with friendly respectful service. The technicians were promptly on schedule and very professional. Mitchell's serice has always been excellent, and this was no exception.

Last two times driver delivered oil I had to look for my bill which I prefer to be in my mailbox not in the siding of my house. Today I received oil again and received no bill at all or don't know where it is. .Please I have called about this before can we please correct this.Thank You!

I've been working with Mitchell for a variety of HVAC needs including installing a mini-split heading and air conditioner, servicing our propane fireplace, and for propane deliveries. John Busch has always been incredibly responsive and professional to work with at the office, and Mario is the most knowledge, personable, and hardest working person I've had the privilege to work with. Definitely would recommend!

We had a new Roth oil tank and a new System 2000 Energy Kinetics furnace installed. Mitchell Oil has provided our service for over thirty years. They have always been extremely reliable, timely and professional. This not only is a reflection of their field personnel but their office crew as well. I would highly recommend Mitchell for all your heating needs. They are head and shoulders above their competition.
