Terrible, if I had never known that I would have trusted them to get my passport. When it was time to go and sort things out and receive the money, they gave their full attention and were super helpful, but then they barely even responded to me, it's been 3 months since I've been asking them to send my passport because I moved to another state (and on the day I made it very clear that I was going to change states, and they said there was no problem, that they would send it to me by mail) and I still don't have my passport to this day, TOTAL DISTRESS.

Wonderful experience at Eddies multiservice, a place where people know how to work, serve customers with a smile, humility and competence, it was the place where I received the best service here in the region! A few months ago I moved all of my insurance policies to Mirante Agency, and it was the best move I made. Catia Da Silva has done a fabulous job taking great care of my business policies, her office staff are very efficient and caring...I'm very satisfied and would recommend Mirante Agency to anyone who is looking for an insurance agency.
