Excellent staff! You can tell they all love working with the animals and always take great care of my puppy.

Incredibly rude staff. Gave us wrong information so we have to find new last minute boarding. Then, instead of being apologetic and trying to rectify their mistake they were rude and dismissive. Will not be doing using them in the future.
