Fantastic service and selection. Everyone was so helpful, and Despina helped us pick out the perfect engagement ring! They were able to ship out-of-state and made the whole process stress-free.We will definitely be going back for wedding rings in the near future.

Holden helped me get my chain fixed. The turnaround time was less than expected, and the quality is excellent. Holden also helped me find a gift for my friend's birthday and I couldn't be happier ?

I would not recommend this place if you get Holden. Ask for another person to help you, the others are really nice. She did not give any helpful insight, constantly sighed while we looked, and when asked to see a tray of rings, she said "sure why not, we've come this far already." If that's your attitude maybe find another job. It was a quiet Sunday so she wasn't exactly busy. The other ladies were extremely friendly, so just don't work with this grouch.

I stopped by to get my watch battery replaced. I was excited to check out the jewelry cases while the work would be done. I was looking for a gift. After I was quickly told that it would be $49.99 to replace the $5.00 battery. I left without looking for the potential purchase of a gift I needed to get. This is Michael's way of saying they don't need your business. If reasonable prices were charged for a simple battery replacement. They would possibly also make an additional sale . To their advantage!

The ladies were extremely patient, informative and helpful in choosing my gifts. Their customer service was satisfactory and their merchandise is top quality. Plus they are always playing great music in the store!

After going to various jewelers searching for an engagement ring, the one I came back to was Michael’s in Danbury on Federal Road. Despina was incredibly helpful, kind and strait forward. She helped us pick the ring that fit all my fiancé’s desires with no rush or pressure. I’ll certainly be coming back. Thank you again Despina!

I bought so much!!!The young lady’s there are so knowledgeable and friendly and willing to sell you anything without pushing. They repaired my old school jewelry.They don’t make gold like they used to. But we are going back to shop again. I went outside for one minute and my wife is buying more. Lol.To much fun.

I went to Michael’s to fix the bail on my gold necklace which my gold crucifix was on, and a woman behind the counter helped me. I was given the options to have it soldered which would take a few weeks, or she could even-swap another one that she would crimp on. I was going on vacation this past weekend so I chose the even swap. I went to Portland, and on the first day there (the 16th) at some point my $300 gold cross slid out of the crimped bail they gave me, and it’s gone forever. I noticed the following morning and searched everywhere I went but no luck. Mind you - I’ve had that cross for a decade. The customer service was great - but I haven’t taken this cross off EVER, and now it’s gone. Extremely disappointed to say the least. ?

I went to Michael's to get 6 watch batteries replaced.Paul and the rest of the staff at Michael's were very helpful, amicable, and professional. One of the women there was so sweet and kind to my five-year-old and kept her busy and happy for me, while I spoke with Paul about what I needed done. The batteries were replaced quickly and carefully and the price was fair. I would highly recommend this jewelry store!

I brought an antique ring in to be repaired and am very happy and satisfied with the service I received. The staff in the store are all very friendly and helpful. The manager is highly knowledgeable. My ring was repaired in a very reasonable time. Highly recommend Michaels in Danbury.

The sales people are very friendly and the jewelry is beautiful. Any alterations or repairs can take a bit of time though. Paul is able to change watch batteries right on site.
