Staff is so unwecolming and not friendly. It's basically a pay for your phone bill place. Plenty of cheaper options out there.

If they had zero stars I would give that. I went into the store to have a employee put a screen protector on my phone. She put it on and left her finger print under the screen protector. That's horrible service. She obviously doesn't like her job. Not good customer service!

Went to purchase a phone which is advertised as free on the metro pcs website. They wanted to charge me $210 dollars. I went to a metropcs coorporate store and got the same phone for $67 dollars. I understand they need to make money and i would have paid 100 or 120 for the convinence of not having to travel but 210 is 3 times more than they should have charged.

I came into the store after being on a call with them for over a hr, when I got to the store, the store smelled like cleaner and roach spray, then I was told that the internet crashed they wouldnt be able to help me for at least an hr, metro pcs is a horrible cell company, I only use the for my sons cell phone and now I guess I'm jus gonna have to upgrade them cuz even cricket wireless is better the metro pcs
