I recently purchased a car from this location, I absolutely loved the experience I received, I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy to come here. The team ensure customer needs are met first. I had the pleasure of working with TOM MCDONOUGH, he was my sales rep, he’s amazing. He provided exceptional service. Thanks to the him and his team, they deserve 10 stars. I’m enjoying my new car❤️

The service dept was going to charge me over $7000 for service which was well in excess of what was needed. On a car with only 8k miles since the last service with them. New battery, new tires, etc, etc on a car with only 25k miles on the clock! Still paid over $3500.

I never post reviews but in this case I had some issues with my car and it took 18 month (3 visits) to figure it out which costed me additional $850 due to their late findings.

0 stars!!!! Avoid purchasing a car from Danbury MB! I bought a brand-new 2017 C43 AMG Sedan, only to have it delivered with a musty, moldy odor, and suspiciously pre-programmed Virginia addresses in the navigation system, raising doubts about its supposed "new" condition. Despite being parked in a garage at home and work, the car has had a persistent interior water leak from the very beginning. I've flagged this issue to Mercedes countless times, but nothing has been resolved. During my second service at White Plains MB, I was informed that the car had accumulated five inches of water throughout the cabin—not surprising, since I'd been reporting this since day one. To date, I've spent over $10,000 across multiple Mercedes-Benz dealerships, including Danbury, Greenwich, White Plains, and Manhattan, trying to fix the problem. The car has been in and out of the shop for over eight months with no resolution. MB Greenwich even suggested I sell the car, essentially advising me to pass the problem on to someone else! SInce purchase, I pleaded with Mercedes-Benz corporate to repurchase the vehicle due to its unfixable manufacturing defect, but they refused, leaving me with an unsafe car that I refuse to let my family drive—it frequently fails to shift gears unless restarted. On top of that, the defective 19" rims crack too easily, an issue Mercedes-Benz should have recalled. Instead, they profit from replacing faulty parts, and repairing faulty unsafe vehicles while endangering lives in the process. The slow air leak you might have? It’s probably from a thin crack in the defective inner rim! After countless rim repairs and replacements costing another $10,000. This car is an absolute nightmare—unreliable, filled with mold, and riddled with safety issues. I strongly advise against purchasing from Danbury MB or Mercedes in general. They sell subpar cars at luxury prices solely for the brand, while companies like Chevy and Toyota have been far more reliable and customer-focused. Every Mercedes dealership I've dealt with is only interested in profit, with no concern for the customer experience. Mercedes-Benz corporate is even worse, ignoring customer grievances and putting lives at risk. Do yourself a favor—don’t buy from Mercedes Danbury or any Mercedes. Choose a trustworthy manufacturer that offers both safety, reliability and accountability.

I had a great buying experience with the Mercedes Benz of Danbury team. The whole team was very hospitable, welcoming and helpful. I would especially like to thank Tom who was available to me 24/7 for any help and even went out of his way on his day off just to make sure I don’t have any issues with my registration. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend checking them out.

If I can give NO STARS I would!!! I truly refrained from writing this review because I absolutely nothing good to say. If you are looking to purchase from this dealership DO NOT BOTHER!!!
Here we go, I leased a brand new 2024 GLA from this dealership in January 2024 in less than 2 weeks of having this vehicle under 1,000 miles I got a pop up warning on my dash stating “reversing not possible service required.” My vehicle would not go into reverse and driving forward with this pop up on the screen it will not switch gears!!! This is an extreme safety hazard!!! I reached out to my salesman Stacy and we scheduled an appointment with service. The dealership had my vehicle for pretty much all of February over three weeks and could not figure out a diagnosis. They released the vehicle back to me in March 2024 within two months it happened again. I called the dealership to have them remotely diagnose this time. They told me to bring the vehicle in the next day at this point it’s May 2024. They had my vehicle for over 2 months and the only update they had for me throughout this time period was that there was a software update being DEVELOPED in Germany that would fix the issue. I was given a loaner which was a car that I do not feel was equivalent to my SUV that I was still making payments on. I reached out to corporate Mercedes USA several times and put in a request to get out of my lease. They did deny me because of this software update that is STILL in development. Now July 31, 2024 corporate offered me a payment reimbursement and engineering released my vehicle back to me. The software update is still NOT out yet!!!!!
Mercedes of Danbury dropped my vehicle to me with a gray scruff mark on my front bumper, my vehicle is white. This is absolutely unacceptable at this point, I’m having the worse experience with Mercedes possible and this dealership has the worst customer service ever!! Throughout this whole experience, I’ve tried to reach out to the service manager Moya on multiple different occasions her customer service is horrendous in person and she does not return calls or emails. I just want my vehicle fixed and back to me in the same condition of what I dropped it off. This dealership has not taken any responsibility throughout this entire nightmare. I am mentally drained from this situation and it’s only been 7 months with this BRAND NEW SUV!!!
