Awful customer service. Called to inquire about slate, they asked me to send an email. Sent an email, no response. Stopped by in person. No one there, finally someone showed up from the back, said he'd be back, disappeared and didn't return. I'd stay away from this place. Plenty of others that will at least not act like you're doing them a favor.

Went to marble.com to purchase stone and counter tops for our weekend house. Decent selection but the rest fell apart. We ordered and paid but the installation was done incorrectly and they refused to correct the issue. (backsplashes were installed in some areas that didn't require it and in other instances they were not installed where they were supposed to be) I made several calls to try and speak with someone to work through a resolution. I finally got through to an Eastern European gentleman who put me on hold and came back 3 minutes later to inform me that to "we checked the recordings of our calls with you and confirmed that we installed it correctly." I disputed that claim and told him I would not pay the final bill unless the issues were fixed. He then aggressively told me that they would put a lien on my house and have it deducted from my paycheck. A lot of threatening talk ensued before he hung up on me. Stay away from these crooks and bullies. They lie, cheat, and steal. I

Marble.com was recommended to us by our daughter. We went to Danbury from NY , and we were not disappointed.Picked out stone in one day and job done in 2 weeks. Victor did a great job picking out the right stone per our request. Precise and meticulously installing it. Couldnt be happier. He was excellent!

I had a horrible experience and wish I would have noticed the reviews are all from years ago. I called in the morning the number listed for DANBURY - a 203 number - asked numerous questions and was told to come in for an estimate and to see slabs. I arranged for childcare, got the day off, drove 1.5 hours from New Haven CT, and couldn’t find the place. I called again and asked for directions only to be read an address from the site. I told him what building I was in front of and asked if I was close. He then indicated he had no idea because he was in New Jersey! Why the hell does the 203 CT number go to New Jersey? He then offered to transfer me to Danbury but I immediately got a message saying it was disconnected. I drive up and down this industrial back road and finally down a steep narrow drive I see a warehouse that says Marble.com. I drove down and it was soooo creepy. Totally dark, abandoned looking building, rusty, cracked asphalt, overgrown weeds everywhere, a fake old torn up plant in front of the dirty glass doors. I called again the number telling them the doors are locked and he tells me just walk around and look for someone. I drive around to the back where a large dark warehouse was open. There was one shiny silver car in the parking lot, all lights off inside. I realized at this point in the horror movie you’ve already been screaming at the woman to get out for so long you’re kind of like well she brought this on herself when the murderer pops out so at this point I did a quick U turn and zoomed out of there. Do not go to this place or trust the site or even calling! What a horrible crazy experience.

TERRIBLE customer service. Sold us a stone counter and claimed it would hold up. First day, it chipped and stained. After repeated emails, they NEVER responded Except to say they'd get back to us. I suspect what they sold us was not actually what they claimed it to be. Would NEVER recommend this place.

All Granite and Marble used to be my go to source for granite. There’s a sign outside the store on the highway that says $32 a square foot when you go inside you’re presented with $50-$75 plus a square foot but that’s not even the worst part which is you cannot schedule them to come out and the pricing is coming from Ridgefield Park New Jersey Danbury Connecticut so that makes the pricing much higher. As a result I ended up using a different granite supplier that ended up being $20 cheaper then the price quoted by them.I believe they need to go back to basics and customer service needs to be very much improved from the telephone to the in-store sales person. I would’ve love to use them on a recent kitchen remodel I was working on but I’m not gonna pay $20 more because the installation team has to come from New Jersey

The guys at Marble.com were great! Super helpful in helping us choose our counter tops. So nice to meet staff that doesn't push you to get the most expensive items. They let us take our time and make a decision on our own. They were helpful when we asked questions and just in general all around nice guys. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone in search of counter tops!! Thank you for making this so easy on us!!

Reasons to work with Marble.com: 1. Initially, we literally visited about 10 different granite locations between Danbury, Bethel, Brookfield, and New Milford because we had no idea what we wanted at the time and none of the slabs we were seeing were catching our attention right away within our price range. We visited Marble.com randomly and instantly were shown multiple slabs within our budget and noticed right away that there were more stones available here for a more reasonable price than anywhere else. More importantly, they were stones that caught our eye. Leo and the team were patient (since we weren't really sure what we wanted initially), and as we determined which ones we liked best, they provided us with samples so we could bring them home and wrote the price category that each slab fell into on the side of the samples so we didn't have to worry about remembering afterwards. Very transparent and straightforward process. 2. Once we decided to go with Marble.com, we worked with Leo, Brendan, Don, and Robert throughout the process. The team was, again, very patient, friendly, and easy to communicate with. We visited the office twice after picking our stone (to see the slab and look for another piece for our bathroom vanity), and they greeted us with smiles and answered our stone care questions. If I called to ask a question, either someone picked up right away or I got a call back within a reasonable time after leaving a voicemail, which is all I could hope for. The templating appointment was also straight forward and Robert was precise and patient with his work. 3. I believe you can learn a lot about a company when things do not go as planned because of an unexpected situation. It's all easy when things go planned, but unexpected situations are where you learn the most. The way a company handles such situations says a lot about their character and how much they care about their customers. We had such a situation, and the team handled everything as quickly as possible. They were all smiles and prioritized us as customers. I appreciate that immensely and couldn't be more thankful to have chosen them to help us make our vision for our kitchen and bathroom come to life. Tips: 1. Bring a layout with measurements of your counter top with you. They will be able to determine square footage, edge linear footage, etc, and give you a paper with the price categories. That way you can pick which price category of stone you want to look at, and you don't waste time looking at things that are completely out of budget. I truly do recommend Marble.com to anyone who is looking to have new countertops installed. The Marble.com- Danbury team (specifically Leo, Brendan, Don, Robert) is excellent.

BUYER BEWARE, STAY AWAY from this place Marble.com. I have been there 3 times already to try and pick up my order and each time something is not finished. I had received a call first time it was ready, went there and pieces weren't cut to template provided. Second attempt pieces were stained and still not cut. Third time edges were not polished and scratches in marble. This place is a bunch of incompetent morons. Go elsewhere believe me, even if it's a few dollars more. Oh and asked for a refund to get pieces elsewhere and was told they can't because pieces were cut already.

Large selection of countertops! Leo was terrific! I had no idea what I wanted & he helped me through the whole process. When it came time to map out the slab Brandon was very helpful. He explained in detail the mapping out process. The installation went very smoothly. Victor & the other fellows were superb. Highly recommend this company! Denise

Leo and Brendan are very professional, the workers that measure and install are courteous and clean and overall all of them are honest! An overall great experience. Will absolutely use them again should the need arise. Thank you for making the final touches on my new kitchen smooth and BEAUTIFUL. If you need stone for any home improvement project, you would be foolish not to go see them.

My fiancé and I went to marble.com the day after we ordered our cabinets and 10 minutes into our walk through the yard we fell in love with a slab of white quartzite. Marble.com had no problem putting the stone on hold for us while we waited for the delivery of our cabinets, we came back a month later and there was our slab. Their sales staff even helped us visualize the layout of our project on the slab, which was very helpful as it’s the first time either one of us went shopping for stone. The delivered pieces were exactly what we picked
