I wish this was my home store Lush!!! I’m visiting for a wedding and was passing some free time in the mall before the weekends’ festivities began. Of course I’m going to stumble into Lush because who doesn’t love to go sniff everything. While I was there, I found a travel-safe size bottle of the viral Super Milk conditioning spray, and thought “treat yourself” and “what better way to try it out than with a travel-size that I can actually take back home on the plane with me in a few days”. Anyways, as I was browsing, the most delightful sales associate, Megan, came to help me; I complimented all their buttons, Megan complimented my tattoos, we talked about animals - and then Megan went on to craft THE most amazing wedding sample kit complete with a body wash to accompany another lotion sample I requested AND a peppermint foot lotion for after a night of dancing in heels because it was nature's ibuprofen - brilliant! It really did save my feet and I’m picking some up my next shopping trip when I’m home. Megan made several other solid recommendations for products, like the Scrub-Bee, that I also couldn’t pass up. Then Lucy was an absolute delight ringing me up at the register. The store itself is fantastic, clean, and abundant, but the staff really makes it top-notch. Thank you for making my visit so memorable!!

Lush is absolutely amazing. The quality of the products and the campaigns that they host that go to causes are phenomenal and a good motive to the communities it supports. Absolutely phenomenal staff incredibly friendly and helpful in finding just what you need. Shout out to Jennifer, Robin, and Leah!!!!

Incredibly helpful staff—especially Diana and Lucy. They remember my daughter, were completely kind to her, and were very informative. My daughter LOVES Lush and now I can see why. Such a great experience!

Meghan from the Danbury mall is an absolutely fantastic person. I mean, the most charismatic and interactive employee I have ever met. Also, all the ninja turtle inspired bath bombs are impressive to say the least. Not to mention, they’re hand made in Canada. Walked in on a whim, became the highlight of my day.

It was Mother's Day, and I was having a mother daughter day. So, we decided to go to the mall. Lush had 4 employees working one on a register and 3 that stayed in a huddle talking. Not one employee approached us seeing if we needed help. What didn't I fit the right profile to be approached? We just turned around and left the store. Wasn't going to waste my money on a
company that can't even bother the even say hello to me.
