Such a great experience today finding the right size pants. I was feeling discouraged because I couldn’t find the right size in two stores I already been in. She was quick to help and bring me her suggestions. She made me so comfortable and I left a happy customer. She also went above and beyond and entertained my children. I wish I could remember her name because she mentioned it twice. I want to say like Vanessa or something (Sunday around 12). I will be back for more!

Nice styles but I question the quality of their clothes. I have sweaters and T-shirts from A&F and BR that are nearly ten years old with no stretching or fuzzing of material. One or two washes of LB and they seem ready to toss or return.

Not bad. Some good deals in the clearance section. Store was in decent shape. Organized and well lit. Non sales items are pricey. Looks like employees get 75% off employee discount! Looking for a job? :)

Great shopping experience in this Lucky Brand store in Danbury, CT in August 2019. Salesperson Emma was tremendously helpful in navigating the merchandise and finding me a great pair of jeans that I purchased.
