I had a horrible experience with this company. They installed a boiler and once they finished and got paid, you never going to see them again. I had a problem 6 months later and their behavior was not professional, completely ignored my 20+ phone calls.

They installed heating and AC for me.They made several mistakes on the installation of the boiler. There were missing check valves, missing drain valves, missing isolation valves, installed the wrong expansion tank, they put the make-up water line in the wrong place, the pump was in the wrong place, the domestic hot water intake was connected to the boiler make-up water line when it should not be, etc.I have contacted them by phone, email and text and they will not return any attempted contact to try to resolve the issues.Services: Heating system installation

Do not use this company under any circumstance. They installed an hvac unit in my home through a general contractor so I did not directly hire them.The unit is less than two years old and has had multiple cooling and heating issues and recently caused two leaks this summer. I have called them several times over the past 2 days with no response.I had a more reputable company inspect the work and they said it looked unprofessional to them. Avoid landmark.

Does not register apprentices per DCA Ct as required by law. Regularly and matter of factly violates EPA regulations.

The system was installed properly and timely. It works well. The problem with them is their follow up. I was told I would get new registers to help direct the airflow and was told on multiple occasions, including Tony, that once the system is in they would come by to tweak and balance it. The exact opposite. Once the project was done, no one came back (except to fix an emergent leak), but no registers, no balancing, etc. No one even went through it with me. However, not unexpectedly, payment was strongly requested even before the project was finished. Was a bit disappointed in the air flow in a couple of rooms with inadequate answers to my questions. I let it go, balanced the system MYSELF and called them one year later to inquire if they do maintenance or if they recommend someone else. Crickets. Weird because if they had gone that extra mile I think they would get more referrals from customers like me. Overall did a good job but would not recommend to others.

Would never recommend this company to anyone. Worst Customer Service ever. My air conditioner stopped working. (They installed it 2 years ago) I called them, left 3 messages over the course of 2 days and sent an email message. I then went to the office on Kenosia Avenue ( which is not really an office) and no one was there. The place was locked and one of the workers in the company next door told me that the boss was away and that they guy he left in charge does not show up. Nice! This from a company that is the main provider for a brand new development. To top things off, my elderly father lives with me and he is his currently on Hospice at home care and place is so hot. UGH!!!

Never hire these guys! Sadly, We learned that you get what you pay for. They were the cheapest and we went with them. We started to have problems in the second year but when I called them they never responded. Then this year, the problems escalated and we called another company since Landmark once again didn't respond. Our walls were bubbling from moisture and the new company found that landmark had cut corners and removed the installation around the ducts to snake it through the walls. Now we are having to open the walls to correct the problem. We have to deal with this issue immediately since we could be dealing with mold. Please be smarter than we were.

Landmark installed an entire heating and air conditioning system in our house three years ago. It has never run correctly in the summer - on an 80 degree day, we cannot cool the house below 76 degrees. This despite a contract that promised 70 degrees inside on a 90 degree outside temp. Because we wanted to do the decent thing, we paid them in full, with assurances that they would fix the system. They have not, and they no longer answer our calls. The AC is unworkably underpowered. Yes, our house is a challenge, with lots of windows, but nothing different than when Tony specked it out, and under serviced our needs - by a long shot. This is a terrible company. They may give you a low ball estimate - it's because they do sub-standard work.

Wish I had never dealt with them. Replaced very old AC with new system. Still not working right, despite repeated calls to company. You call them, they don't call back. You call and get someone, they promise to call back with scheduling, they don't. When they first installed new system, workmen left without getting it up and running. After calling them back, guy who came out got it running but wouldn't balance system until new room being added was finished, despite rest of house working unevenly. New room is closed in and almost done, called for several weeks to get them out here, as system not working right and very uneven. Guy REFUSES to balance system until new room is full of furniture and in use. Told us to just run the house several degrees cooler than we want to, to compensate. So our living room is 72 degrees, and my daughter's bedroom is over 80 degrees. Running fans around house to get cool air where needed. My 25 year old, old system worked better than this brand new one, and I have now started calling again to get them out here. Still waiting on vent covers after 2 months. My advice is to use any other company, this one is too much work to get them to do any work.
