Absolutely as knowledgeable as they come. John gave me some free advice on a Top Load LG Washing Machine and didn't try to pitch me on a sales call I didn't need. A True Gentlemen who I would recommend just based on his integrity.

Jenine was thorough and diligent while searching for a door part for a friends refrigerator. John keeps a smaall inventory of parts. His store and shop is set back from the road so I hope the photo helps.
