Danbury location was not a pleasant experience . Made appt then got a call back saying last car of that model sold ,sales guy was ready to hang up when i said excuse me you have a pawling dealership they dont have this model ? Then I said it seems like you are giving me the bums rush . I know you have alternative dealerships, you could ask if they have this model. At that point I was pretty close to the dealership in Danbury, so I went in to see what what they did have. I noticed several tables with people sitting there, waiting with no visible sales person , after 20 minutes I said to my husband let's get out of here. I don't have all day. We are being ignored. As we started to walk out another couple looked at us and they started to walk out too. Years ago, I had a better experience at the Pawling dealership if I decide to go with a Chevy, I will probably go to there .

its hard to talk bad about any certain establishment, but recently my 2020 custom trailboss transmission failed at 87,00 miles. After I did some research it's a common thing so I brought it to Ingersol on presumption they would complete the work professionally and considering they are a dealership. they completed the work after going through my extend warranty, I went and picked up the truck and noticed there was a banging when it shifted, as time went on it got progressively worse so I put the truck on a friend of mines lift and what I seen I couldnt believe with my own eyes the dealership that has a reputable name in NY & CT The poor craftsmanship that I received when I got my truck back. I reached out to the service consultant that I was dealing with. sent pictures of what I discovered. had to wait two weeks while still driving the vehicle in the condition it was in. I dropped the truck off in danbury to resolve the issue again, and the issues I pointed out. In conclusion I was told that's how they received the transmission from the warranty company.i was told everything was resolved the truck shifted smoothly! I've driven the truck for less then a weak and its right back to shifting hard and banging in every gear. I do not recommend there service techs. I will never use any kind of dealership again for my mechanical issues. In the end of receiving my vehicle back they knew about the bolts and scrapes all over the pan and piss poor craftmanship with the lines and wires And they determined it was ok to release my vehicle to me, if I didn't take it upon myself to see everything I would have to live with these issues. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable local shop! do not use there service department. What I've realized is there service techs are no more then jiffy lube mechanics. This is my vehicle, I entrusted them to perfom top notch work and was sadly mistaken. I can never justify bringing my vehicle to any dealership again. Please look at the pictures o have taken, I hope no one will ever experience what I've went through.

I bought my Chevy Colorado/Bison a few months ago. Peter, my sales guy was awesome! He didn't forget me once I drove off the lot. He helps me with appointments, questions and just to come by and enjoy a cup of tea with him. Service has been outstanding, Brad communications with you with everything and makes sure my truck comes out of service sparkling. In an age with terrible customer service these guys stand above all! Corey even washed my friends truck while waiting there for mine. This is what makes a customer come back.

This dealer wanted to charge me $10000 over MSRP for a pickup truck. I feel that there was no transparency over the phone or up front. Wasted 4 hours of my day. Dealer and salesman should have started off conversation with additional information. Not a bait and trap sales tactic.

Nice dealership, very busy most of the time so expect to be there a while. I prefer the smaller Ingersoll Auto dealers

The actual service and environment is great. The sales staff are kind and easy to work with. My only gripe is about the courtesy shuttle driver with the beard- terribly rude and keeps me from ever utilizing that service. Otherwise this is a great dealership

Greeted by the front desk assistant. Friendly and helped us right away by finding a saleman, regardless of how busy they were and as we were a walk in.Stopped in to see if they had the new Cadillac. Unfortunately due to our circumstances with production, the one I was looking for just isn't coming out yet. Matt was so nice and still showed us the extended version of what I wanted. Along with showing me the GMC Yukon as I discussed as an alternative. He definitely did everything to help and accommodate us. His time was very appreciated even though we didn't see what we wanted. Great customer service thanks again!

I know people like to say don't ever go to the dealership they always rip you off but I can honestly say, Herb in the service department has never steered me in the wrong direction. On my latest visit, I wasn't even tracking that my extended warranty would cover my oil cooler lines that were leaking. Herb made the call to warranty company and took care of everything. I know it's there job folks but this guy goes the extra mile. Always is very personal with people and just all around professional. What keeps me coming back to Ingersoll, people like that. This place is great and I'll be back again.

I wanted a 2022 Spark and there were none in the DC Metro area so I found one online at Ingersoll Chevrolet in Danbury. Not only did the staff (shout out to "Mayor Marsha" and Morgan!) respond quickly, they processed my purchase via email and text and sales star Leo B made the process smooth, quick, even fun! Everyone was so nice and the service really went above & beyond when they sent a driver to pick me up at the train station, which was about an hour from the dealership (thanks Tyler, you were so patient when I missed my stop & had to ride all the way back to Stamford, and fun to chat with on the ride)! Who does that??! My adorable Spark was ready & waiting and they got me in and out quickly while still managing to give me a solid overview of the car. Wow. The whole process was the happy opposite of the dealership experiences I'd had previously in the DC area. I must say, while it may sound crazy to travel from Washington DC to Danbury CT to buy a car, I'd do it again!!! Loving my Spark, loving Ingersoll Chevrolet. Highly recommend!

First off I don't like car buying, I find it tedious and obnoxious. I took my wife here on a Sunday after to speaking with one of the car salesman briefly on the phone. When we got to the dealership the car salesman who's name is Pat greeted me and my wife and offered us coffee and snacks. Let me say since I spoke to Pat on the phone prior to arriving at the dealer he was absolutely pleasant. He's not pushy, obnoxious or annoying. I told Pat exactly what I wanted and he was incredibly accommodating. He didn't try to argue with me or sell me something other than what I wanted. I would absolutely recommend coming to see Pat if you're interested in buying a new or used vehicle. 5/5 stars.

They charge ridiculous fees that others don't. I purchased my vehicle at Curry Chevrolet and ONLY paid CT tax and registration. Saved $800.

I’ve bought my last two trucks from them. They have inventory. Service department always gets you in and takes care of business.
