Vehicle serviced onNovember 7, 2023Their service department was backed up with vehicles and Counter Service Representative Alexandria Hayes kept me updated with the status of my vehicle throughout the whole process. By doing so, I was made at ease with the delay and didn't realize that more than 2 hours went by before my simple oil change was completed. Just by her making the time to initiate the updates, that went a long way with me. If Mr. Ingersoll and/or her superiors read this, please make it known to her that because of her exceptional customer service skills, my family and I will continue to have Ingersoll of Danbury service my future vehicle needs and also promote your service department with friends and colleagues.

justin took me in--- I explained my problems -- I asked justin if I should say a few min, he said no I have a loaner and that he would call me when the truck was ready. I drop off at 9 am got a call around 130 pm that the truck was ready and problem was fixed (software updated needed) and went to pick the truck up

Work was completed in the approximate time frame, and Laura at the check in desk, couldn’t have been more helpful, and she kept me updated on the progress of the work being done. Very satisfied with all.

Great, friendly place to work with. I bought a used car and needed some fixes and Joanna was very helpful in getting me everything I needed. She was friendly, personable and let me know all I needed to know to get my warranty to cover the cost and what I'd have to pay out of pocket. I highly recommend bringing your car here.

From start to finish Justin was fast, friendly, professional, and efficient. He even remembered to call my jobs inside line, because my cell reception is bad at work. The diagnostic team did a great job at figuring out what the problem was with my vehicle. Danbury location was not a pleasant experience . Made appt then got a call back saying last car of that model sold ,sales guy was ready to hang up when i said excuse me you have a pawling dealership they dont have this model ? Then I said it seems like you are giving me the bums rush . I know you have alternative dealerships, you could ask if they have this model. At that point I was pretty close to the dealership in Danbury, so I went in to see what what they did have. I noticed several tables with people sitting there, waiting with no visible sales person , after 20 minutes I said to my husband let's get out of here. I don't have all day. We are being ignored. As we started to walk out another couple looked at us and they started to walk out too. Years ago, I had a better experience at the Pawling dealership if I decide to go with a Chevy, I will probably go to there .

I purchased a 2024 Buick Encore GX Avenir on September 1st from Carlos Barajas, one of the salesmen and it was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had and I’ve purchased quite a few cars in my life. Carlos was a gentleman. Knowledgeable, accommodating, and I felt very comfortable. I wasn’t pressured into anything and that’s a big quality I look for in a salesman. He took care of me from the test drive all the way through to the financing. I would highly recommend him if you’re looking to purchase a new car and I highly recommend Ingersoll Auto of Danbury. I live in Westchester County, NY and I will return for all my service needs.

I had bought my first car at Ingersoll Auto back in 2017, and yesterday (2023) I traded her in for my dream car Cadillac XT5. The entire staff at Ingersoll Auto treat you like family from the second you walk in the door. Ryan worked with me to get the best pre-owned options prepared and John Gallagher's experience and patience is just what you need when you're making such a big decision. Their finance team worked to get the best financing options and I was able to transfer my plates/registration/insurance all in one place and in just one afternoon drive my new-to-me car off the lot and say goodbye to my old car! Can't recommend this team enough, wonderful people and a wonderful American vehicle!

A HUGE Thank You to Ingersoll Auto and their amazing team of professionals! After multiple frustrating visits to a Cadillac dealership nearby in MA, I contacted my friend Todd and he immediately connected me with one of his best team members, Tom Oliva. Tom listened to my goals and budget and helped me secure the perfect vehicle with no pressure or hidden fees - all remotely. He located rebates and offered me a considerably better trade in than the other dealership. It was delivered to me yesterday and I couldn’t be happier with the car or the process. The fact that I saved money and was able to select the options that I specifically wanted and needed was so exciting. I spend hours a day in my car for work, so it needs to be reliable and I wanted to love it. The communication and service I received was impressive from start to finish, including a FaceTime call with a tech who walked me through all the amazing features after delivery. I have been a Cadillac owner for decades, and am now a loyal Ingersoll Auto customer.P.S This is one badass vehicle that drives so smooth! The V6 is awesome and the safety features are incredible. My kids aren’t borrowing this one ?

I was told the car could not be looked at for a week from when I dropped it off. The very next day I was told the parts would be there that afternoon and on the third day it was completed and ready for pick up. It is the fastest service I have ever received at Ingersoll and I am so very appreciative of the speedy service!
