I promised Kaylyn I would write this, and this review is prior to me receiving the furniture I ordered, because I expect it is not going to be an issue. I stop in this store now and then to see what they have. Someone always says hi from the desk, or gets up to greet you. The store is always very clean and organized. If you tell them you are just looking around they won't bother you until you ask for help. I found a 3 piece sectional and ottoman I really liked. Kaylyn showed it to me, and then told me what they could do on the price and delivery. I went home to talk to my Spouse, and we decided to take one more look at things online. When searching online we found the exact same set and it was a little better priced than what Ideal was offering. I sent over a couple pictures, and very quickly they responded, letting me know what the best they could do was. When it was all said and done, I did pay a little more to buy it from Ideal Furniture, but that is because I liked the idea of dealing with a local store, and Kaylyn was great! She also has spent a lot of time searching for other items I am looking for, so I am sure I will continue to buy from them in the future. Once I get my order I will update this review, but I highly recommend you at least give them a chance to help with what your looking for.

Great store, super friendly staff, they can get you nearly any Ashley Sofa set and coffee tables at a better price! Other companies too! If you live in southwestern CT check this place out they have inventory on their sales floor you can take right away.Thank you so much I love my sectional!

Had no idea this was here, staff speaks English, Portuguese, and Spanish, they were able to help me and all my friends, they made us feel so comfortable. I was able to get a new Bed frame with headboard Foot board mattress and box spring $2700 thank you Carlos thank you Pri. Will be back with more friends.

We ordered our living room set from Ideal Furniture and happy we did so. Besides getting a good price, the Customer Service team was friendly and knowledgeable, as well as the Delivery Team who ensured a smooth and damage free delivery. Looking forward to working on our bedroom set next with them.

We recently went to Ideal Furniture to buy a dining room set for our new house and had the best experience! Although it took an extra week to arrive because it was a special order, they were in direct communication with us the whole time. They also didn't charge us extra to deliver outside of the state.We are very happy with our new dinning room set and will definitely recommend Ideal Furniture to our friends and family.We will surely come back to buy a king bedroom set as soon as we are ready.

I just got my house bedrooms renovated and I was looking for the right furniture. This was the right place to go to, we are in love with our furniture. Everyone there are very kind. My sales person was Carlos and he did an outstanding job. We will come back for our basement renovation.
