Worst experience with MIRIAM MALDONADO!! she put the wrong account number so I received a letter from the IRS that the payment was rejected and the reason was “NO ACCOUNT/UNABLE TO LOCATE ACCOUNT” so I call H&R BLOCK, on Wednesday they told they’d give me a call back but they never did! So I call more than 10 times today FRIDAY! Her respond (Miriam) was “what do you want me to do?! If I put the wrong number you were there it’s not my fault that you didn’t see that I missed one number, you find the way and make the payment”! UNBELIEVABLE!!! I told her that’s why I paid her but she was with an attitude and she said again “uh! You pay me for that” !!! I’ll NEVER GO BACK !!!!

Do Not Use Them. Mr. Calhoun screwed my taxes up so bad it took 3 years of communications with the IRS and several H & R offices before it was cleared up.

Was told my time was cut too an hour from hour and half yet I still got charged 180$ for practically nothing. I had to explain about my crypto appa d Robin Hood to the guy so that was pretty much all I wanted them to do for me I don’t know why I even had them do it when they rushed me through the process. I made an appointment online for 5:00pm online because our new accountant found errors in our 2019 tax return. They say they stand by their return or your money back sooo.... Anyway, I arrived for my appointment and they were closed. CLOSED!!! Unbelievable. I was a little frustrated that there was an error in our return but now I'm freakin pissed.
