The place has gotten way too expensive over the course of the years. The pricing simply doesnt match the quality of product. You used to be able to come here and find a great deal or piece. Now - it feels more like window shopping donated stuff

Great place for thrift shopping of furniture, home decor and home improvement stuff. Hit or miss, as any thrift store is, but good deals. I've bought new window screens for $4 each, gallons of recycled paint to repaint my entire house for hundreds less than what I would've spent at hardware stores, a new chair for my dining room table to replace one I had that was broken, carpets at decent prices, and much more. Everyone I've dealt with has been friendly and helpful in the store whenever I've visited.

people in this area are so entitled lol - its a charity and if you want to donate, then make it easy for them, don't expect so much gratitude for trying to use them to off-load your sh*t. they don't want to deal with gross donations, so the selection is great. it's always changing, and they have so much more than furniture. anyone trying to be eco-friendly about painting can buy second-hand pre-mixed paint here (colors are sometimes hilarious), or can pick up unused construction materials for projects like refinishing a bathroom or putting flooring down in a room.

Paid cash...was not offered a receipt. While walking out the door and in the lot I was accused of shoplifting . Horable place. Horable people. Stay Away

Nice place, some employees are very helpful, however some others are NOT. I went to pay for a piece and the “NOT so helpful” employee said the price was triple what was on the price tag. Would have been better to honor the price tag and then review pricing procedures afterwards. But no, nasty comment and nasty attitude.

The location in Danbury is so so ! some employees are very helpful! But some are NOT. I had a bad experience with one of the employees. After someone gave a price for a dresser, some other employee came and said the price was 3 time more expensive. Honor the price tag first then review pricing procedures. Do yourself a favor , if you really want to help the cause , go to the location in Stratford. The employees are more helpful and better prices.

Horrible experience trying to donate items. Hours are totally inconvenient for working class people. Donation hours are cutoff at 3 should be noted somewhere since I drove clear from Oxford (35 mins) plus gas is now $4.50 a gallon only to be turned away at 3:50PM. Website says they close at 4. Sadly all the lights I had to donate will go to the dump since I'm unavailable to get there before 3.

I love this place, they have great stuff. Sadly the prices have gone through the roof in recent months. I was there today and heard the employee gloating about how much money this store had made. Unfortunate.

This is not the same store I visited a few years ago. With new management in recent months and the addition of home goods, this is the new happening place to shop...often! The displays are constantly changing due to quick inventory turnover because the items are fairly priced. They are also now very active on social media so you can follow them to get alerts on new items coming in.

That used to b my go store. But right now they are charging way too much for items that were donated. They started getting greedy. Unfortunately!

Worth a look before you spend full retail for something that might just work.
