“We recently had our wedding nearby Danbury and needed a place for our guests to spend the night. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly, and we had no issues. But the highlight of our experience was Monique. She was with us every step of the way in coordinating everything, and was extremely responsive. She took what could have been a stressful experience and made it something easy and fun. Thank you again Monique!”

“Nice rooms, we had a balcony, one of the higher priced hotels in the area yet only one without free breakfast. They do have a 'restaurant' with limited fairly expensive options. Fire alarms went off around 11pm, no rooms were contacted or announcements made with instructions or what the issue was.”

“Will stay here again. Quiet and roomy. A little disappointed with the continental breakfast. Only milk and coffee were offered for drinks and plain bagels and Danish no toaster for the bagels.Rooms: Spacious clean and comfortable.”

“My husband and I were transitioning to a new job in Brewster NY. And house hunting in the worst possible time to house hunt. We were lucky enough to do an extended stay at Residence Inn Danbury. I can’t say enough about the staff there. Brianna was always giving love and hugs to my dog. In fact my dog would stop and look for her every day even if she wasn’t working. She would make sure all of our needs were met and was very efficient with everything we needed while we stayed there. Carmen the lead of housekeeping would take over and love on my dog when Brianna wasn’t there.. Miranda was the graveyard shift and with our senior dog we would make multiple trips out during her shift. She always smiled, and I loved chatting with her even in the midnight hour to catch up with her. She was so nice to us. Dayvana was one of the top people too there. We had less interaction with her… but when we did. Always with a smile. The staff is very responsive and helpful. When you are there for so long they start to feel like family and we sure did appreciate all they did while we were there for 3 months. Also the cleaning staff did a great job and the handymen… (unfortunately I can’t remember there names). But they were awesome too. Thank you to you all! Highly recommend if you need a place in Danbury.”

“Pros:-Location is great! Right off the highway, so easy to get to anywhere.-The shower pressure was amazing!-Bed was very comfortable. We slept great in it! Pillows were very comfy too.-They gave us a room closer to the door to the outside and on the bottom floor which was very helpful as I’m 8.5 months pregnant.Now the cons…-The hallways and community areas are A LOT nicer than the rooms. Our room had not been updated since the 90s at least. Very dated.-we stayed for 5 days and housekeeping only came the night before we left. Front desk gave us a roll of toilet paper when we asked, and I have no doubt they would have given us any toiletries or towels too if needed, but we had a large bag of trash in our room from meals we’d eaten over the last days and just a tiny waste bin.-Cable TV. I haven’t been to a hotel in a while that didn’t have a smart TV so I was a little disappointed. The TV didn’t have a guide option so when we would attempt to watch tv, we just had to scroll through the channels a little aimlessly lol”

“Room was spacious and comfortable. The decor and ambiance of the room as a whole is quite modernIt’s located in a suburban area and there’s not much to do nearby unless you have a car. The hotel offers a shuttle service to several places which is great”

“Rooms are recently refurbished. No carpets. Place is nearing the end of what seems to of been a major renovation. They are unusually very dog friendly most places don't allow dogs or charge $20-$30 a night. Very refreshing. They are a mile or so off the interstate and the rates reflect that . They only negative I can say is that the breakfast is very basic with not many options.Food & drinks: Tea and coffee anytime”
