I couldn’t have had a better experience buying my first new car. Brian Beanland, Jay Whitlock, and Marc Ramey went above and beyond to find me a safe and reliable vehicle. I love my new car, it’s exactly what I wanted and fits my budget comfortably. I will never go anywhere else besides Danbury Honda for all my future purchases. Highly recommend.

I bought a Honda civic from this dealership.
After my 3 year lease, I tried to finance my car through them...
They would only finance with me if I bought the extra $4000 warranty,
I said I didn't need it and they said they wouldn't let me finance it through them if I didn't buy the warranty
Which is illegal on their part.
Don't get tricked into that...it's a scum move...

If I could give 10 stars I would. Gave us a fair deal on a trade-in and got us into a Honda Accord Hybrid Touring Sedan at a fair price/lease. Most painless process I have ever been through buying a car. Quality bunch from Brian Beanland the Penske area manager to Jay Whitlock the GM at Honda and Tony Delena is a great, low key sales manager. A+!

I walked into the dealership without an appointment and was greeted by Samantha and Jon (Good luck Jon!). They both knew a good amount of info not only about Honda's lineup but other car manufacturers as well which was good to see. After my visit to the dealership I had a variety of questions and Samantha was extremely responsive to all my texts. Unfortunately, the car I was looking at sold before I was able to revisit the dealership but I leave a 5 star review because Samantha was the most responsive salesperson I have worked with by far.

Anthony DeLena was terrific! I knew which car I wanted and He got us into a test drive immediately without wasting anyone’s time. He then worked hard to find the exact color and model. The whole process was very satisfying.

After having a really bad experience at another Honda dealership I reached out to Danbury. We were looking for a 2025 pearl color Honda HRV. I first spoke with Ashley who called me right after I put the search in. She then connected us to Samantha who took care of us from start to finish. The car was on their lot and she made sure everything we were looking for was there without mentioning money. We felt no pressure, no stress, no problems. She walked us through the deposit process and we set up a time the next day to come get the car. Upon arrival we were greeted by the receptionist with a smile. Once Sam came out and talked to us it was only about an hour before our family was enjoying our new car. Everyone at the dealership was amazing.. I highly recommend coming here if you’re in the market for a car and you’re looking for a great experience. Thank you to everyone at Danbury Honda for everything
