I always ask for Kim. As soon as I drove in she came out to get my visit started. She had my ticket quickly ready to sign and found someone to drive me to my daughter's house which is nearby. She let me know what was happening with my car. The one service suggestion was new tires, an expense but I knew I needed them before the bad weather. She found me a good deal. I appreciated Toyota's concern for my safety.

Probably the best experience I’ve had with a car dealership in a long time. They took care of me from start to finish. I found an oil leak a few days after I purchased my vehicle, which wasn’t a Toyota. I called and was told to bring it down, they first tried to fix on their own. After a not so successful try, they brought the car to the original manufacturer dealership to have it repaired. Excellent communication along the way. I highly recommend Green Tree Toyota if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle!

Spoke with Kim Schwab today about ordering 4 new tires. She was able to recommend the best for rav4 and was able register me for a rebate.

Make sure that this company has not tacked on any additional service that you had not authorized. I'm on the last couple months of my car payment for a vehicle that I was over charged over $6,000 above the MSRP of the model above the one I received. Now realizing that I had over paid for services I never used or was aware of. I fought for this company to fix issues I had from day one with my vehicle and latter had made the repairs elsewhere .come to find out it would had been cover under that additional service. If only I was aware of it.

My experience was a couple years ago but it weighed on me so I figured I'd at least warn people in the event they haven't changed.I leased my car in 2018 after getting my MA, and they tried to deny me my recent graduate rebate. We were literally walking to the door when a half a dozen people came running after me saying it would now work. I specifically asked about the tires and how long they'd last before leasing as well. They said 40k miles. Well, surprise surprise at 25k when I took my car in they said they were actually "soft rubber showroom tires" I'd have to get replaced. Well, 10k miles later I mention I'm considering buying out the lease and by some miracle the tires either A. Regenerated themselves to better condition as marked on their official paperwork was they were in good condition or B. I was lied to. When I called them out on it, they couldn't explain it outside of ask for the guy who told me this info (he no longer worked there apparently. What a coincidence). When I did was the buy out the car they were incredibly pushy and the relationship of trust was already broken. Despite their assertions they proudly "aren't like other dealerships" they sure do act like the stereotypical car salespeople. I was charged almost 300 dollars when all I asked for was an oil change and tire rotation, which if you know anything about cars is outright ridiculous (but for 50 dollars more that change as well as the next two were covered!). After I drove off the lot I haven't been back for good reason. Two stars because I do like the car a lot and when I brought up my concerns they did knock the final price down. Still, if you're looking for a Toyota I'd say unless they've had a major overhaul go literally anywhere else.

We had a delightful experience buying a Rav4 at Greentree. When my husband was putting on his seatbelt while driving down our private access road - a no-no - he hit a telephone pole with our 15-year-old Honda Accord. At first State Farm appraiser thought they could fix it but at the last minute said it was totaled. So, we had about 5 days to buy a car. My son has a Rav4 and likes it. Greentree had a used 2020 Rav4 with under 10k miles on it, one owner, had been in a garage a lot. Bingo. We drove it and bought it. Danielle was great in setting up quick appointment. Juana took us for a test drive and her calming, kind, positive presence helped relieve stress from a challenging month and the need to buy a car quickly. We bought the Rav4 that night and returned to do finance paperwork with Jose. It was a smooth and fun experience overall as the staff at Greentree Sales are super. Now I'm looking at a Toyota Camry or Corolla Cross for second car. I can only say good things about Greentree. Linda Keefer

Left our Tacoma for some electronic issues. Multiple warning lights came on. Couldn’t turn on A/C, heater, etc. windows didn’t work and other items. They had truck for three days. Was told of diagnosis. Estimate of $2500.Picked up truck Friday afternoon. On my way home I put A/C on and the fan went on, but no cool air. It was blowing air that was 82°. Even though the write up states all items were checked and functioning properly. They weren’t. I now have to bring it back and lose more of my time.

My email to service manager was discredited, that they only received one line that didn’t explain the attention I requested to my car. I showed them i blind copied to my email address showing full paragraph of the problem that needs attention. The computer can’t lie, so guess who is.

Good morning, My wife and I have been using Toyota Service Centers for years. My locks stopped working on my vehicle so I took it in to Greentree Toyota. When I took it in I was assisted by Mike. I made the appointment online with all details. I told Mike the doors sometimes do not work and the back hatch always does not work. They ran diagnostics and determined my brakes also need replacing. Mike did not seem to be listening closely but at the end he said no problem. They took the car and fixed the brakes but told me they were going to need to order the parts to fix the doors. They fixed the brakes and the brakes were squeaking very bad even when not braking so I figured I would just bring that up when I bring it back. I brought my car back and it took about a day, but then Mike called saying it is all done. I also asked if the brakes were looked at and he said yes. I got to the dealership after 6PM so it was closed and went to immediately check the back hatch and it was not working. I was told by Toyota that all work is guaranteed for a year so I figured no big deal. A waste of my time but we will get it fixed. I called and Mike said it was fine to drop it back off. When I got there Mike seemed to be avoiding me and they made me meet with another service rep. They took my car in and all seemed fine, but then I received a call that it is going to cost me another $680 to fix the latch. I was quoted $1800 for the job and already paid it, but Mike claimed to not understand that was the issue despite it being in the notes of my appointment and communicated directly by me. He said it was working when the guys were working on it. That is entirely untrue, the latch door has not worked for at least 3 months and I checked it when I dropped it off and when I picked it up. The only lock I really cared about was the latch lock. I have two young special needs children that I need to take food shopping with me a lot of the time and I have no where to store anything. So this is the last time I am going to use Toyota for service unless I am fully refunded for the incomplete job. That is supposed to be the guarantee and incompetence is not an excuse for that.

I purchased my Toyota RAV4 with a hitch. It came without a hitch. I didn’t think this was a big deal bc Ray told me they’d order the hitch and let me know when it arrived. I called a couple of times and never got a call back. I then got the hitch installed at another Toyota dealer and I see why if it’s not done in the factory, it shouldn’t be done - it looks like the bumper was butchered. In any case, I hold Danbury Toyota responsible as they didn’t deliver what I purchased from the beginning. The service was not great either. The missing hitch just made the experience worse.I’m not calling you. Ask Ray, the salesman, why he didn’t return my calls. You’re one of those businesses that is friendly and courteous until you close the deal then your true colors shine. I simply will not do business there again. Ensure your dealership treats customers better in the future to earn better reviews.

Don’t waste your time making an appointment with this dealership. I made an appointment to look at a vehicle that they had for sale online, they sold the vehicle while I was on my way to the dealership. Super rude considering I literally told them I live over an hour away from this dealership. The sales person was very polite, but the manager told her that the deposit was put on the vehicle yesterday. That sounds like a pending sale! So, it’s very rude to allow someone to drive an hour out and then sell the car while they are on their way to the dealer to look at it. They didn’t even try to offer a comparable deal to make up for my trouble.Terrible sales management!Update: I purchased a truck from Colonial in Milford. They took the time to work with me.
