Extremely disappointed in the service provided by this dealership. My family was looking for a Tacoma at Greentree and the sales associate that approached us didn’t even bother to introduce himself to us. Never made eye contact nor took the time to explain the features of the car during the test drive. Always gave one worded answers and wasn’t receptive towards our entire interaction. His mannerisms made it so off putting to buy a vehicle that we ended up going to another dealership (Torrington Toyota) and buying a vehicle there.

We recently purchased a vehicle from here. Today we brought that vehicle for our state inspection which it failed. With a Red rejection sticker it is deemed not safe and we are not supposed to drive the vehicle. After calling the dealership and trying to get them to help us resolve this issue. As we are leaving out of town for a weekend in PA - now with no vehicle to drive. They have gone back and forth all day with no resolve and I have called multiple times asking what they are going to do. They had the audacity to expect me to drive this vehicle to them (2 plus hrs) so they can fix it. UM! No! I am not taking time off of work to drive a car that has a safety issue furthermore I have already been inconvenienced with the failed inspection and now you want me to accommodate you to fix the car. I have a shop locally that is willing to fix said problem, he called and never got a call back either. There was a mention of us getting a rental and getting reimbursed! UM NO I should not have to spend a dime during this time at all. You should be figuring out a way to have the problem fixed, us in a vehicle while it is being fixed at no cost to us!
We have no car to drive currently and as I continue to call the dealership the best answer I get is all I can do is take a message and have someone call you in the morning. Really I am supposed to be leaving at 9AM - but let's wait until the morning to tell me how I am supposed to leave on my trip with NO VEHICLE!
I am looking for you to resolve this problem with no ADDITIONAL headache or inconvenience to me or my family.

Very inconvenient, bad parking, great service though. Their facility is too small for the volume of cars they service. That being said, my next car could still be a Toyota.
