We have used Grand Prix three times for our business. Light duty and heavy duty tows. Seamless and smooth service from the phone call to the tow. Shaun got our truck out of very technical spot with ease. He’s always up for a challenge and represents the Grand Prix with pride. He’s always been happy to help and go the extra mile. He even secured our shop for us after hours, which saved us a trip. We don’t like having to get vehicles towed but there’s never a doubt that it will be done safely and efficiently with Grand Prix. Thank you Shaun and the entire Grand Prix team.

I’d give these guys zero stars if possible, FIRST they tried scamming me for $1700 on a tow just to go less than 100 miles west, SECOND they never got my verbal permission to winch my vehicle out, they did it with the permission of CTPD, THIRD they purposely hooked their chain & yanked out my ENTIRE EXHAUST PIPE because they also own an auto repair facility & it felt like they wanted to just squeeze more money out of me during a time of emergency, I was a female alone & out of state.These guys then drive my vehicle to a gas station & try to hustle me for $400.The actual tow truck driver was kind & helpful but not his crew that came with him, those guys are extremely rude, disrespectful & disgusting to deal with.On top of that I tried paying with a credit card & their machine wasn’t working so they took my entire vehicle to a lot that was closed till the next day, & tried to get cash out me in the middle of the night.It all felt extremely uncomfortable & disturbing the way they treat a female.I have videos & pictures of my exhaust in tack before they arrived even with the minor accident, I have FULL VIDEO of them pulling my exhaust off with their tow truck chains and had the nerve to say it was part of the accident meanwhile the car only ran over a PLASTIC GAS METER POLE.I HIGHY recommend NOT USING these guys if you’re in an emergency situation & need a tow truck in Danbury, CT.Also be careful, these guys are friends with the local police department and will say whatever they want to “cover up” their behinds.I was supposed to get an additional police report for my insurance company & even the CTPD drove off with nothing in hand. It all seemed way too shady.I will further pursue this case unless the owner of this company does right by this situation.

Grand Prix Motors, their technician Kevin in particular, was awesome. I locked myself out of my car (first time in 25+ years), and was in a location without good cell service. When Kevin called and couldn't talk to me he texted right away, got my location, told me he would be able to be there in 10 minutes. I needed to catch a flight in 1.5 hours. When he arrived he quickly got out his gear and unlocked my car. Afywr my sharing my challenges with the poor cell service, he shared he knew the area had poor service and knew it would be hard for me to get help. The two other garages I called couldn't get anyone to me for over an hour. He was prompt, professional, good humored and kind. The garage's dispatch person also did a great service by finding me a tech who was in my area given my time constraints which I shared with them. Thank you Grand Prix Motors for salvaging my flight plans, and that of my whole family. Phew! Job well done. Thanks Kevin and team!

Had my car towed to Speed Auto, after one day they could not find out what is wrong with my car, I knew where to get it done right, so I let them tow it to Grand Prix, sure enough Mark took care of it and made it running again!! Thx Mark!!!!!!
