You can truly find items under $5.00 for good gifts This store always surprises me when I go on a weekday.

Unique store, a lot of unique items, some of which seem frivolous. They have a very unique pricing model for soda and potato chips. $15 for a bottle of Mountain Dew soda and $10 for a small bag of foreign made potato chips. Danberry Mall has a huge selection of stores probably best to just walk by this one

I almost always say "no thanks" when stores try to get me to join their loyalty programs, but I was scammed into a paid subscription at #FYE (which I fortunately was able to cancel before being charged, I think). The cashier straight-up misrepresented the program until they had all my info locked in. Apparently this is prevalent enough that people are suing them. If you shop at FYE, beware.1. I wasn't even asked. The cashier just said "oh, I'm just going to sign you up so you can save 10% today" and I have only ever seen cashiers launch into it like that when the program is FREE. So I thought, sure, if it's free, I'll save 10%.2. They didn't mention that it was $11.99 A MONTH until they saw me squinting at the (very) fine print on the card reader, which said I'd be charged to the card I was about to swipe (for my purchase!!!) if I didn't cancel first.3. At that point, the store already had all my info! I couldn't back out without probably having to start the purchase all over, and I doubted they'd delete my info.4. Then the cashier ALSO tries to sign me up for two "free" magazine subscriptions, which I would ALSO have had to cancel individually before being automatically charged! At that point i just told her no, I don't want the magazines.5. I logged into the site and canceled from the food court, but I still don't have an email confirmation that it went through. And there is NO way that I can see to delete my account/personal info.Apparently they've been doing this for years. Shop with caution.

FIRST, Let me just say that I've been a customer of FYE for years (even through their dark period close to total closure) Originally FYE in Danbury was located where Jos. A. Bank. Now stands outside of the mall. It was an excellent location and my father and I who shopped there weekly were very sad to see it go out of business. Luckily in the past year, FYE opened up a NEW LOCATION (This one) INSIDE THE MALL!!!It's a very big location as well and offers a large selection of Vinyl records and other awesome gear. The candy area however is definitely overpriced, but it's still nice to see it there. I'm just happy to have FYE around again and can't wait to visit again with my dad.Overall location score: 10/10Staff is very kind also!!!Thanks for reading.

Horrible customer service. Akira was nice and smilie, but I was standing at the register for few minutes and ZERO acknowledgement from the other girl Alyssa ( I believe that was her name), she totally ignored me like if I wasn’t there. Fist time at this store and probably the last one. The things that they sale you can easily find them anywhere else.

A small, but very sweet selection of items, and super chill workers. The perfect addition to an already wonderful mall!

Very little CDs, DVDs and Blurays. Very disappointing. Why bother having a FYE without any E?
