It breaks my heart to say this because I DoorDash from here all the time, but tonight my Mother participated in the Taste of Danbury using a voucher to purchase a meal and described it as inedible!! Worst part is it wasn't even what she ordered, she asked for an Italian Combo and got rubbery chicken parm! Is it because the meal was free, she was more than willing to tip accordingly! If not more. Wouldn't you think that the during this promotional time you would want to make the participants come back again and again. I have to say that I personally have never had a bad meal delivered to me, so what happened tonight!!

Francos is a awesome and small place in town the service is awesome and is fun the food is excellent between the pizza and tacos every thing is cooked with care would love to come

Ordered on DoorDash. Took a half hour and then it cancelled 3 items and said one (a pizza) was still being delivered. Then 10 minutes later that was cancelled. If you're unable to fulfill orders, a simple phone call would be considerate. Shocking that a pizza place can't fulfill an order with every day pizza place items.Go elsewhere.

Order the pie through DoorDash and asked for it to be very well done, and the pie wasn’t no where near well done I called up to complain in the pizza. Man answer the phone and he said he took it out and made it while done. The pie was still raw crust was still white.

I tried to order it on the recommendation of a friend. the attendant was very rude. I called to place an order and the person who answered told me to speak quickly, she also told me why I called if it took so long to speak, she hung up the phone on me. I went to the store in person and besides being slow to respond, the environment was dirty and disorganized, I didn't order anything.

Pizza wasn't bad but toppings were Lacking big time,way not worth the money I spent,should have spent The xtra 5 and ordered thru Newtown piizza palace ,now I know ,spend the xtra 5 Newtown pizza palace ,we're they give you the toppings you paid for

I ordered on door dash and they delivered me the completely incorrect order. Extra Chicken, peppers, onion, mozzarella, on a grinder was my order. They delivered me chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and onions on a Grinder. After arguing with me on the phone they finally conceded that they sent the wrong sandwich. When I asked for them to send the correct one they said they couldn’t. I am pregnant and this was dinner tonight so I am extremely frustrated. Then they closed their shop on door dash hoping to avoid a bad review. Which I will be writing on there as soon as it is up. My husbands chicken parm hero sucked by the way. 0 stars.

The Margherita pizza gets a hard no from me!The sauce used on Margherita pizza should not be the same as you use on a regular pizza.Also, the tomatoes were cut thick which made the slices at the end to heavy for it to stay folded and easy to eat. The dough was bland and flavorless. The slices were all cut uneven. After reading the reviews, I was really hoping for a a good experience, and Franco’s failed miserably. When the pizza was delivered it didn’t arrive in one of those “keep warm packs” so it arrived cold. My location wasn’t far from the restaurant, so to receive a cold pizza pie, says poor service.I doubt I’ll order from here again.

Good prices but the food is nothing special. Salad came pre-dressed so it was super soggy by the time it was delivered. I also ordered a chicken parm roll-up, and it was very soggy. Clearly taken out of the oven and not rested properly to prevent the bottom from being a pile of mush.

The pizza here is pretty delicious and the service is one of a kind. I would recommend trying them out whenever you have a chance.
