Absolutely loved shopping at Francesca's at the Danbury Fair Mall. They always have beautiful clothes and accessories and the staff has always been friendly up until recently. The last few times I have visited the store, the manager DONNA has been making me feel very uncomfortable. I can't help but notice her ingenuity when she greets me and the last time I was there she insinuated I was stealing. This crushed me and humiliated me as I have spent a lot money at this location throughout the years. Let me just add that I am Hispanic and don't doubt at all that she is being racist. Needless to say I stopped shopping there.

I ran in and out of Francesca's awhile back and it seemed a little pricey. However, I recently went in with a friend and I found the clothes quite nice and reasonably priced. By far the best part was the lovely young lady that helped us. I'm sorry that I forgot her name. She was multi tasking at an impressive rate. I was really impressed with this store and will definitely return.

This place has been in the mall a long time, but I never went in... so glad I finally did. Very reasonably priced items, trendy, fashionable clothes, and very friendly staff. I plan on including this store as one of my regular stops from here on out.
