Thank you so much to Forever Yours Flowers and Gifst, for making my wedding day so easy when it came to floral. I know little about flowers, just what colors I wanted for my May wedding, and boy did they deliver. She knew exactly what I wanted and exactly which flowers to use. All the ladies I worked with were so kind, they really listened, and they gave fantastic suggestions for alternative flowers for half the cost. They also made the mother of the bride and groom corsages, cake flowers, and some boutonnière we wanted. I can’t thank you ladies enough, the bouquet was so beautiful and exactly what I envisioned, along with my cake flowers. I 10/10 recommend this florist.

Mediocrity at its finest. This place was the inspiration for me to sign up and leave a review. Forever Yours Flowers and Gifts is exactly why people think florists are a scam. I hate to say it but I would have been better off going to a grocery store. I purchased a "florist choice" bouquet to be delivered to my wife at work and was embarrassed when she sent a picture. Just so that it is clear, this is not a buyers remorse post over cost. Price truly means little to me so long as the product is both beautiful and of advertised quality. This was neither. It is true that pictures typically look better when one is pointing and clicking for an online purchase. What was delivered was amateur and insignificant.

I received, as a gift, a gorgeous Christmas floral arrangement made by Forever Yours. This was the first time I had received something from them and I was truly impressed. Just beautiful. I will definitely use this florist the next time I send an arrangement to someone special.

We had a death in our family and we traveled for the funeral. I found this flower shop on places near me. We explained our situation and this 2 ladies got the work done in 3 hours we need it 24 boutonnieres. That's customer service at his best ?

0 stars for this place. Got flower's here for my wedding and definitely want to save every one the stress and unprofessionality that this place has caused me. My flowers were not ready on time, had to find someone to travel to danbury from yorktown heights (40 mins) the morning of my wedding. Turned out that i was short boutonnières, none of my groomsmen were able to wear them so they went unused. Tried constantly calling the store with no answer until 4 days later when a worker told me too bad basically and had to wait for the owner to call me back. This is now 5 days that i have yet to hear from anyone. Awful and no empathy that this part of my wedding was ruined. Would never recommend this to anyone especially someone getting married. The "owner" finally picked up the phone and hung up in my face when i said this was unacceptable and needed to be refunded. I am absolutely beside myself with this place.

I’m very grateful my bouquet and bear were delivered to my very sick sister in the hospital in Danbury on time and I didn’t place the order until 2 PM. They went out of their way to finish and get it to her in time. I’d give five stars but they forgot the balloon. Thank you very much, meant a lot to her!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Flowers were never delivered to Danbury Hospital. Was told they were delivered when they were not. Then was told the patient was discharged when she wasn't. Then was told they couldn't leave them inside. Then was told they were left at the desk. Tried to call their shop for a full day and their phone was disconnected. Not able to contact them through their website as well. Better to use a reputable, professional company who doesn't have a list of excuses of why they didn't follow through with their delivery to a newly diagnosed cancer patient? Wow!!!.......For the record, checked with Danbury Hospital and was told they don't refuse flowers. *Update flowers arrived three days late. Now being told by the florist there was a glitch in Danbury Hospital's system after this review appeared.

My experience with this company was the worst that I have ever experienced. On 4/27/2022 I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers for called Cotton Candy for Mother’s Day for my mom (note these were ordered 1/12 weeks prior to Mother’s Day) and paid extra to have them delivered on Sat, (5/7) or on Mother’s Day (5/8). On 5/7 at approx. 4:30 pm Est. I happen to check the tracking on my order only to find a message that my flowers would not be delivered until Tuesday, 5/10, 2 days AFTER Mother’s Day. I immediately called and was given a half-ass apology and told that they would refund my money and send the flowers for free to my mom on 5/10. I was obviously upset and immediately came to the BBB to file a complaint. Before doing so, I decided to reach out to Debra Pi**** who was described on the BBB site as the company’s liaison who “welcome consumers with a complaint or inquiry to contact” her. She apologized, promised to have someone call my mom on that Monday after Mother’s Day to apologize and assured me that she would receive her beautiful bouquet of flowers on Tuesday (5/10). However, on Tuesday, at approx. 4:00pm when my mom had NOT received the flowers, I called Debra again. She did return my call and stated that they were “out for delivery”. Again, they were NOT delivered on 5/10 so I called, again on Wednesday (5/11) at about 4pm and a man called me back, again with an apology and said that they would be delivered that day and that my future order with the company would be a no charge.\nMy mom finally did receive a bouquet of flowers on Wednesday (5/11), though be it not anywhere near as nice as the ones that I originally ordered. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. To think that I would EVER order flowers from the horrible business again for any occasion – is insane! I would NEVER trust this place again and will avoid this place like the plague!
