No issues with this location. Always a smooth transaction. Staff is friendly and they have carts at the entrance incase you have large/heavy boxes.

I was waiting for my package to arrive for the past four days, but I never received it. I received a text saying that there was a failed delivery attempt three times however, I only knew about the two failed attempts, not three. They said that they sent a notification but I never got it. They did not ring the doorbell so that I know that they were there. Now I’m being told that they are returning my package if I don’t come in between 5-7 to pick it up.

The woman working at 3:00 today treated me and every other customer like absolute garbage. She acted as if I was an inconvenience to her, stepping outside a whole 5 minutes after I walked in. She started with an attitude when I stepped inside and said I couldn’t ship my thing here, I had to go somewhere an hour away. Her exact words were “You should have known better”. She suggested (rather another customer suggested) I then pack it myself which I did. She asked the other customer “Are you going to take responsibility for that?” I paid for everything and then she says I actually can’t ship it here still. No sorry, no nothing. Now i’m down $10 and still have to drive 2 hours round trip to drop off my items. Thanks.

My last experience here was better than my first. The clerk who serviced me was so polite and sweet towards myself and my daughter! She went above and beyond to provide a great service (my personal opinion). I was in and out within 10 minutes, I dropped two packages and got tracking information for both. Not to mention, it was a last-minute pop in before closing on Saturday. This errand run was swift and stress-free.

Nastiest fedex employees ever. Have had an account with fedex since 1999, & never encountered more unpleasant counter people. Would not let me use their tape gun, said they didn’t provide fragile stickers or any stickers/labels. Gruff & unnecessarily nasty. Can’t wait to see how they handle the shipment but fully prepared to file a claim. They need to fire and start over!

Absolutely one of the worst delivery experiences I've ever seen from any shipping company Danbury FedEx has poor customer service tried to deliver a package yesterday did not even attempt to again today package went out for delivery not going to get it again either they're hiring incompetent drivers or the people who are processing the shipments don't know what they're doing there. Can not get any answers from FedEx their phone numbers are useless tracking information is updated barely. Save yourself grief do not use FedEx they are unreliable

I was expecting a package that required a direct signature on Saturday, 7/1/2023. I waited at home. 10:50am. I got a notification of a failed delivery attempt. I live in an apartment, so the driver would've had to come inside and enter enter a code so I could unlock the door. Well, he never even bothered to deliver my package. I can't prove it, but if I went to the management office, they could check the footage. This is not a one-time event. This happens quite a lot, especially on the weekends. 5he next day, they were supposed to re-deliver it. I decided to sit outside and wait so I could see what the driver did. I started at about 8:30 am. and sat there until 5:45 pm. They didn't show up.The app was no help because all it said was, "Your package is on the way," and delivery was pending. This morning, I checked the app again, and it said it was out for delivery and would be delivered by the end of the day, with a delivery window between 10 am & 2 pm. So here we go again. Calling customer service is a nightmare. They can't tell you anything more than you can read in the app. I have looked around their website to see if they have live tracking, but I haven't seen any indication that they offer this. Sometimes, UPS will send a link to follow them on the map & Amazon has improved their tracking a bit. I always try to think of the other person before I speak because I know that it can't be an easy job, but come on... just bring upstairs so I can sign for it. I don't think this is too much to ask.

FedEx is a garbage a** logistics organization (or lack of) my items were on the truck this morning ready to be delivered. And they tell me less then an hour before they close it's delayed. They didn't even inform me.. I had to look myself. The one time I use an online retailer with a FedEx account. Trash. If Amazon didn't sell cheap Chinese knockoff s*** they would be perfect. UPS too. Never an issue. F#çk FedEx

Extremely rude and unprofessional lady working today. Had three packages to ship. I walked one in and leaded against the wall. I then attempted to walk out to my vehicle to grab the other two boxes. The lady working started screaming at me that I couldn't leave a package unattended. Never had anyone say this before, she could have certainly said it in a nice manner and not like a loon. Is it too much to ask these days for someone to be courteous?
