One would think if this is a FedEx Ship Center *with* a FedEx distribution center right behind it, the place should be able to process a Digital Label RMA shipment. But I guess I'm expecting too much of FedEx. At least the staff was polite and*did* try to handle the shipment. Instead I had to drive another 30+ miles to a place that could do this.

My experience at Fedex was neither good nor bad, the truth is that I began to understand the culture of customer service in the United States, a good percentage of people are cold, and that is one of the reasons for cold and insipid customer service. I provide professional service, and I am one of the people who strive to provide them with good service by doing much more than what they requested and paid me, and there is not even a thank you, so each person becomes cold and does show gratitude.

The front desk staff was amazingly friendly, nice and accommodating. We had to pick up a package that could not be delivered because our warehouse had to close early. The driver was not going to be back until after closing but the staff let us stay and wait to get our package. Then Leo went above and beyond to help us get the very heavy box to our car in the pouring rain. So nice to encounter such helpful and friendly people at the end of an especially challenging day.

No issues with this location. Always a smooth transaction. Staff is friendly and they have carts at the entrance incase you have large/heavy boxes.

I was waiting for my package to arrive for the past four days, but I never received it. I received a text saying that there was a failed delivery attempt three times however, I only knew about the two failed attempts, not three. They said that they sent a notification but I never got it. They did not ring the doorbell so that I know that they were there. Now I’m being told that they are returning my package if I don’t come in between 5-7 to pick it up.

The woman working at 3:00 today treated me and every other customer like absolute garbage. She acted as if I was an inconvenience to her, stepping outside a whole 5 minutes after I walked in. She started with an attitude when I stepped inside and said I couldn’t ship my thing here, I had to go somewhere an hour away. Her exact words were “You should have known better”. She suggested (rather another customer suggested) I then pack it myself which I did. She asked the other customer “Are you going to take responsibility for that?” I paid for everything and then she says I actually can’t ship it here still. No sorry, no nothing. Now i’m down $10 and still have to drive 2 hours round trip to drop off my items. Thanks.

My last experience here was better than my first. The clerk who serviced me was so polite and sweet towards myself and my daughter! She went above and beyond to provide a great service (my personal opinion). I was in and out within 10 minutes, I dropped two packages and got tracking information for both. Not to mention, it was a last-minute pop in before closing on Saturday. This errand run was swift and stress-free.

Nastiest fedex employees ever. Have had an account with fedex since 1999, & never encountered more unpleasant counter people. Would not let me use their tape gun, said they didn’t provide fragile stickers or any stickers/labels. Gruff & unnecessarily nasty. Can’t wait to see how they handle the shipment but fully prepared to file a claim. They need to fire and start over!
