Scary homeless looking people working there, garbage laying around and bugs crawling all over the register area. I was so creeped out by this place. On top of all that, my car didn't shine and interior spots were missed.
I will NEVER go back to this cash only establishment. Time to retire old man.

Rude management and no accountability. They damaged my car and kept insisting that I had caused the damage. Will start looking for a new place.

Old place and falling apart at the seams. There is no pride in the business here and it looks to only be trying to squeeze every last dollar out of what remains. The owner looks old and tired; seems like he couldn’t care less at this point.
Only accepts cash and gives no receipts. I would look elsewhere for a car wash at this point. The washes themselves are ‘ok’ at their very best.

TERRIBLE JOB. I am absolutely pissed right now. All they did was wipe down my car. They did not get into the cracks and the matt’s are not cleaned.

So rude and disrespectful. I rejected to wash my car here after they had so bad attitude. And attitude is because I asked to him “can you please vacuum inside the car?” If you don’t like what you doing just find another job and don’t waste our time

They suck! The last 3 out of 4 times I visited and battled 20 minutes of traffic to get there, they were closed for no apparent reason despite the website saying they were open and within the normal hours of operation. So…don’t sign up for the monthly unlimited wash as they always debit your account, but it’s hit or miss if they are even open to deliver. Frustrating!!!!

I got my car washed here and they forgot to do the underside. I let the manager know and they washed the entire car all over again for free. That is outstanding customer service. I told him he could just do the undercarriage and he said don't worry about it and cleaned the entire car again. I was amazed.
