Pros:-Location is great! Right off the highway, so easy to get to anywhere.-The shower pressure was amazing!-Bed was very comfortable. We slept great in it! Pillows were very comfy too.-They gave us a room closer to the door to the outside and on the bottom floor which was very helpful as I’m 8.5 months pregnant. Now the cons…-The hallways and community areas are A LOT nicer than the rooms. Our room had not been updated since the 90s at least. Very dated.-we stayed for 5 days and housekeeping only came the night before we left. Front desk gave us a roll of toilet paper when we asked, and I have no doubt they would have given us any toiletries or towels too if needed, but we had a large bag of trash in our room from meals we’d eaten over the last days and just a tiny waste bin.-Cable TV. I haven’t been to a hotel in a while that didn’t have a smart TV so I was a little disappointed. The TV didn’t have a guide option so when we would attempt to watch tv, we just had to scroll through the channels a little aimlessly lol

We didn't stay at the hotel. We were planning on going there for brunch with a large group of friends. The frustrating part was that we called to see if we had to make reservations and were told that it's not necessary that we can just come in.Well, upon arrival, we were informed that they haven't been serving brunch anymore.

I expected an upscale hotel given that Ethan Allen furniture is so expensive. There’s no room service here and no complimentary breakfast. But there is a pricey onsite restaurant. We stayed on Christmas morning, the restaurant was closed and so was everything else in the neighborhood. The hotel had nothing to offer guests. No bagels, oatmeal packets, nothing. So we didn’t eat breakfast.I do like that suites are inexpensive. Overall not a bad place to stay for the money.Rooms: Rooms are ok, some of the furniture is slightly worn but nothing major. Furniture is a little too big. Clean and bedding is comfortableSafety: Parking lot is well lit and keys are required to enter the hotel. I would not leave valuables in your car. This is a big city.Walkability: Nothing is within walking distance here. It’s located on a very busy street. Terra a McDonald’s and Dunkin across the street but it’s too dangerous to attempt crossing the road.Noteworthy details: Located next to the Ethan Allen Furniture headquarters.

Dog friendly. Althought could not find a dog walking area outside. We stayed in a suite so our dog had space. The room needs updating. See photo's. It was mostly clean but saw small sugar ants in the bathroom. Tub appeared dirty, although it might be rust. The dog fee is 75$, but 100$ is held on your card.Bed was comfortable. Nice pillows.Rooms: Worn and in need of updating.Nearby activities: Near westside campus of WCSU. Grocery store (stop and shop) nearby. Gas stations across the street. Easy on and off exits from I-84. Several restaurants and a diner close by.Food & drinks: Restaurant was closed. (A tuesdayand day after Christmas.

Room is ok. The bed sheets were obviously unchanged from previous guests; they smelled. Service is not good, only cleans room every 3 days. When we asked them for a room cleaning, they only replaced the towels and didn't clean anything.

Overall a nice place to stay. First the bad. Being notified the night before that the water was going to be shut off at 7:30 am forced us to leave early. I realize that sometimes that happens with major maintenance issues, but would have been nice to know when we checked in. Also, the rooms are in desperate need of updating. I can't remember the last place I stayed that didn't have smart TVs. The bathroom is from the 80's, but clean and they still have the old fashioned heat lamps. With that out of the way, we had the most comfortable bed ever, the room was quiet and laid out nicely. The lobby/conference area was nice with very comfortable furniture and a fireplace. Perfect for meeting friends or a conference/party. The restaurant wasn't open very long but the food in the bar was great. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it. We did book it thru a third party site, which always bothers me. Why is the price 30% more when calling direct?

Nice enough hotel. This type of hotel would have been $60, not that long ago. Now it's over $150. The area was kind of shady. Styles were old but things were clean. Staff was nice.
