I went this Sunday to this Dunkin' and there was a girl in the back playing loud music and screaming while there was a big line of customers I was waiting 7 minutes for just a coffee

I went through the drive through at 6:20 was out by 6:25 with all my stuff. I did this three times within the week when going to work. The workers were pleasant and informative. There's nothing wrong with this location

We came in here to use the bathroom and wanted to order something to make up for it. Only one staffer and they were busy with the drive through. We ended up leaving without ordering.

Sadly this DD is a waste of time. We stayed in the drive through for 25 mins with 1 car a head of us. We walked inside to see 3 extremely slow moving workers in terrible moods. Maybe something happened that caused their bad moods and slow moving but whatever the reason it really showed. They made us feel like we were wasting their time. We won't stop here anymore. I'd rather drive the 10 mins to the next DD in order to interrupt the whole day. Also not a smile among them.

The worst Dunkin' I've ever been too. Sat in the drive-up line for 15 minutes with one car in front of me. Incredibly unprofessional, rude, slow, poor quality food

If could I would give it zero stars after what happened this morning... I usually come here every day during the week day ... but after this morning never again... I ordered a beyond sausage sandwich and felt something pulling from my throat and the sandwich... come to find out there was a hair in my sandwich... when I saw it I threw up what ever I ate ... definitely never going there again

This review pertains to the following Dunkin locations in Danbury: Newtown Road, Federal Road, Mill Ridge Road. I am a frequent patron of all three of these locations, going to the Mill Ridge location every day during the week, Mon - Fri, for years and years now. While the personnel at Mill Ridge are nice enough (special shout out to the morning manager, Luis, and Richard, who all go out of their way for their regular customers), the service is consistently terrible! I order on the Dunkin app, specifying how my coffee should be made, and it is wrong at least 75% of the time, unless it is made by the morning manager, Richard, or Luis, who all know me. As for the Newtown Road and Federal Road locations, the employees couldn't care less if you are standing in line or go through the drive through and they get your order wrong. They are rude and slow, and have no business being in the customer service industry! Dunkin needs to hire QUALITY, caring people who understand about CUSTOMER SERVICE, and they need to be trained properly to read an online order! An employee at the Newtown Road location over the weekend had no idea what I meant when I ordered my coffee with Thin Mints swirl, despite it being right on their menu! Train your employees folks!!

My god this place is a disaster. I came here late at night as it was one of the few places open. After the employee literally nodded at me to take my order I asked if they serve food at 3 am (it looked like only one person was there) and got a "it says it's open 24 hours right?" with an attitude. No receipt, no napkins, half of the normal serving of hash browns, food just thrown in a bag onto the counter with no words. Sorry for being an inconvenience to the employee....

Consistently SLOW, RUDE, and they get the order wrong 2 out of 3 times. In addition, they never offer napkins at the drive-thru. The convenience is the only reason I give this place 1 star, otherwise it would be zero stars.

This Dunkin took over 5 minutes to acknowledge me who was in line with no one else in the Dunkin. As I waited I watched 5 staff all go about taking orders for the drive thru but no one even noticed myself who was in line. No " I'll be right with you" nothing. I finally walked out and another customer who was sitting down noticed what took place and me shaking my head and said "I know". Apparently this is common practice. Never go here again

After visiting Dunkin Donuts in Danbury I can say for sure that some of these negative reviews are extreme. As of this review, one yelper commented on mean staff that don't speak English. After reading these extreme reviews complaining about poor service from a gas station that has a Dunkin in it, I was pleasantly surprised that the restaurant was not in terrible shape. For example, there were a few welcome amenities that are typically not provided at the run-of-the-mill Dunkin Donuts gas station establishments. I found chargers for any device you'd like to plug in embedded in the tables and a very clean seating area. I found that the baked goods were fresh, and for a gas station Dunkin Donuts, I was also surprised to find the wide variety of flavors available including Oreo stuffed donuts and other goodies. My drink was well-prepared and I took full advantage of the deal that Dunkin donuts is offering which allows you to grab a fancy pants cappuccino at the low cost of $2. I would say that I thoroughly enjoyed it, but my one complaint would be that the service seemed a little slow. The personnel seemed more inclined to help drive-thru customers than walk up customers. However that being said I feel that this is the case for many fast food establishments, I remember going to plenty of McDonald's that prioritize drive-thru customers, because let's face it this is the suburbs and everyone drives. Overall my experience was positive and I did not enter Dunkin donuts having overblown expectations like that it would be as comfortable as a local coffee house that offers exposed brick interiors and fancy coffee pours. This Dunkin donuts met and exceeded my expectations and if I was going along interstate 84 again and need to stop off for gas in Danbury then I would not hesitate to pull in and grab a cup of Joe.

Ratchet a** people working there! Listen I get the crappy jobs but at least care of what you do! Trust me I have given them tons of chances and something as please add sugar or splenda is 100 percent forgotten. No if it was McDonald's prices I wouldn't care but they have the nerve to charge Starbucks prices so they need to get that attitude in check!! By the way never going back!

this is such a convenient location... but the employees need to go, ALL of them. disrespectful. attitude. eye rolling. they are slow, and when the coffee is given it is warm. all KIDS/children work here, this is why they always screw up simple tasks!! Management NEEDS to be in place. this is unacceptable. AN adult needs to be present during every shift to keep them in check. hopefully something gets done soon!

Best place to go for shitty coffee, wrong orders with a nasty hood rat attitude. They think customers don't understand Spanish and when you hear them talking s*** and when you comment back in Spanish the "oh s**** look on their uneducated faces is priceless! Flies all over the donuts, dirty floors, counters and dirty looking staff! There's one guy that works there and he always looks high. Bunch of rat looking hood rats who can't make a damn cup of coffee right! Nobody knows what's going on. They all look like it's their first day on the job. Lines are long and after 3 attempts I'm done with this place! The manager is just as trashy! They don't care because they get a constant flow of people off of I-84. Take the extra 5 mins and drive to Starbucks!
