Brought my 2015 Macan S in for a transfer case replacement, and what a great experience. Service team was professional and kept in contact with me throughout the repair. I definitely recommend this dealership.

Not the luxury car sale experience I expected. Errors left and right due to inexperience, ignorance and/or stupidity. At least the car works. Going to Fairfield next time for a smoother sale with more seasoned staff. You’re welcome.

Always a fabulous experience at Porsche Danbury. Everyone is so professional and helpful. Mike, our sales person has terrific customer service and is very knowledgeable about the cars. Just purchased a 911 Turbo and the entire experience was pleasant and went smoothly. Rick in parts is so kind and great at his job. Highly recommend this dealership.

I called Danbury Porsche regarding extending the warranty on my 2019 Porsche Cayenne. After several back and forth calls the finance manager called back and gave me some pricing. I called him back to buy the warranty and I left a message. He never returned my call. After leaving several voice mails and a couple of emails still no response. While I do realize that an extended warranty sale isn't as important as a new car sale I think that it would be common courtesy for a call back. I called the next closest Porsche dealer and spoke to their finance manager and he gave me the same pricing as Danbury and then discounted that price significantly without even asking. I own two Porsches which will both need service and I'm sure I will be buying more of them in the future and I now know where I will be going for my needs.

The entire staff is friendly and ready to assist when needed. Not too pushy not too distant. I love that about them. Thank you Van, Max and Mike! You make the world go round.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, AND PROTECT YOURSELF. They routinely engage in price gouging, among other things, so you will pay much more than MSRP for anything in demand. Also, DO NOT put down a deposit on any special, premium, or other allocated car. I placed a deposit for such a vehicle more than 5 years ago and was told each year that "they were 80% sure that this was my year," and of course it never was.Later, right after COVID, I was told the same thing, but this time I was also told that if I even wanted to have a shot at the car I'd need to offer $75K+ above MSRP - HALF AGAIN THE BASE PRICE OF THE CAR. So desperate was I to get my dream car, I even agreed but STILL never was given a chance to buy. They will pretend to care about you, but they don't, and will sell the car to whoever offers the most money - even if they haven't been on a waitlist. Worst of all, their reassurance was so frequent and so believable that I turned down multiple opportunities to buy the same car, at MSRP, from several other dealerships, but stupidly turned that down because I believed their lies and I'm a fiercely loyal customer. I even convinced my wife to buy a car she didn't even want from this dealership just to reinforce that I'd be a long-term customer and increase my odds of my number coming up. What a joke. Your loyalty will not be returned unless it's backed by dollars. In the end I was strung along for 5 years, never really having a chance at the car I wanted, while being periodically offered other used cars, standard models, and even different used limited allocation vehicles I wasn't interested in, and which I wasn't allowed to test drive it. In the meantime, I'm sure many other buyers who were willing to throw money at them simply walked right up and bought the car I'd been promised year after year. If that's no you, don't shop here.

4 calls for a service appointment and no returned calls. 3 out of those 4 calls messages were left. I'm in route to Porsche of Larchmont for new pads and rotors front and rear. Not good

Completely indifferent customer service. I have had a charging issue with my 2022 Porsche Taycan I got from them for 6 months now and they keep saying it's a software issue that Porsche needs to fix. Only there is no ETA, no sense of urgency on part of anyone and it absolutely feels like no one at the dealership is spending one nanosecond following up with Porsche. They only care about taking orders for new cars and charging you $$$$ for the slightest amount of out-of-warranty servicing. Never again.

Porsche Danbury, thank you for such a wonderful customer experience! I am extremely happy with my Porsche Macan!! The whole team provides exceptional service. A special thank you to Shima Fukano, Porsche Brand Ambassador at the Danbury location. Shima is so knowledgeable and made my purchase experience awesome. From the online interest, to the test drive, and everything in between. Great service, thank you!

Where do I begin. From the initial interaction with Shima Fukano to the actual delivery date of my CPO GT3 the customer service here was amazing. Shima was extremely professional, thorough and transparent along the entire car buying journey. He is truly a man of his word and I welcome the opportunity to work with the entire Danbury Porsche team again in the future. A+ management staff.

What an amazing and smooth experience. Scott was nothing but helpful from start to finish. The service you would expect from a Porsche dealership. Will not only be going back for my next Porsche, but a recommendation to anyone in the market.

Amazing service! I called and got an appointment for service in less than 10 days with a loaner. No hassle!! Very professional staff. Shortly after dropping my car off, I received a video of the problems they found and offered a solution. Incredibly impressed by the efficiency of the staff and service! Highly recommend!!

This dealership takes way too long to get your car in to the repair shop. The message the staff gives is, ‘we are just too busy.’ It takes two weeks just to get your car looked at. Plus this location doesn’t have a body shop or detail service center on premise which is pretty inconvenient. You are better off going to Fairfield Porsche where they can service your car in a reasonable amount of time with great customer service.
