I have been a member of cvs pharmacy for as long as I can remember. The customer service over the last 2 years has dramatically declined. I called with a simple question about a prescription today and was yelled at “We don’t have it!!” And I was HUNG UP ON before I even finished my sentence. I was treated so rudely and for no reason. I guess I called At an inconvenient time, but, being that I am calling on the phone… how would I know that? I am No longer a customer as of today.

The worst pharmacy on Earth. They do not pick up their phones after several times calling several days in a row. When you show up they tell you to come back in an hour to pick up medicine and when you come back an hour later they tell you to come back in 20 mins. This is why we try calling ahead but they don't answer!!!

I had a prescription called in (9/26/23) and when I went to pick it up the pharmacy was closed. I understand there was an emergency. Things happen. The following day when I called to confirm that the pharmacy was open, I was on hold for more than 15 minutes. That was after going through their automated answers.I never found out if the pharmacy was open. I had to call the provider and had the prescription sent to a different pharmacy (not cvs).There should be another option of 0 stars. I gave them 1 star because 0 option was not available. What a lousy way to do business.

I'm not sure why they are having such staffing issues, but now it's affecting me, the customer. Two times in as many days, I tried to pick up my meds, and the wait time and number of people in line was ridiculous. There was still another cash register available, but nobody bothered to hop on and start ringing up customers. I have already moved all my prescriptions to RiteAide. Bye!

CVS is very organized, clean and there’s a great selection of products to choose from.The customer service and the pharmacy staff are very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate this. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the worst CVS pharmacy I have ever been to. There is NEVER more than one person helping customers with their prescriptions. The line is 9 people deep right now. Hire more people CVS!!’

Pharmacy has gone down hill. Last couple months I’ve had to wait in a long line just to pick up medications. I’m about to switch to the home delivery pharmacy offered through my insurance.

I am a loyal customer to cvs lake avenue ext store pharmacy for many years. I have been noticing deterioration in the customer service recently. The pick up window is closed most of the time due to employee shortage. When come into the store often the pharmacy line is pretty long. Today, it was worse than ever. I had to wait for about 45 minutes to pick the stuff. When eventually reached to the counter, my prescription was not even ready and consequently I had to wait additionally about 15 minutes. Totally unacceptable. Store must increase employee if business is booming otherwise people will move to other options. Very poor customer service.

Pharmacy staff so rude and how can you not let customers know when you don’t have a medication in stock yet call to say it’s ready for pick up?! Worse certain medications you can’t just not have totally negligent how they run this pharmacy

Seems a bit of pot luck at this pharmacy. At times, this CVS PHARMACY is HORRIBLE. Waited over 2 hours for them to tell me they did not have my script, meanwhile it has been noted as in process entire time on website. Turns out my Dr sent script, and faxed it multiple times during day, and I now at 4 hours since sent, still no script.. Next, finally Pharmacist gets on phone with Dr to resolve. After standing in store for an hour pharmacist tells me they have the script but since they spent "all day going back and forth on phone - they are now sold out of my prescription. I should call my Dr and have them send in script to another pharmacy. Call my Dr who tells me CVS advised Dr that CVS was locating another CVS pharmacy to fill.. Total Incompetence on CVS part. I needed this urgently for elder mother.Another time, I show up early with my script pending. The pharmacist says no worry your here give me 15 minutes I will move your script up to the top. 10 minutes later script is ready.Net Net its a bit of pot luck here. I think the teams are so overworked at times they can be a bit less helpful, other times they are superb.

I personally can not understand why it takes an extremely ling time to pick up a prescription that is ready at this location. With four customers on line in front of me to pick up their prescriptions it took the counter person forty-five (45) minutes to check out the other four persons and I was called to the Pharmacy counter. Everyone had a copay but still… What am I missing here?

Switched to here on accident and initially was impressed with the pricing and availability however, this location never has any staff and often closes the pharmacy early and unexpectedly. This trend hinders any expectation that we would continue our patronage.
