This is absolutely the worst cvs pharmacy I have ever visited. The lines are always long for the pharmacy. There always understaffed. The drive through is never open with a permanent sign that states they are understaffed please come in. Lines are always long. The floor is dirty. There is nothing sanitary or clean about the pharmacy the carpet is absolutely covered in dirt grime stains. The pharmacy staff seems to not care about customer service or getting people their medication in a timely manner. I honestly hate this location with a passion. Apparently it is ok with the staff to have over 12 people waiting in line for there medication, with one register.

I have literally never seen less than 10 people in line at the pharmacy here. Ever. They also didn't tell me they were out of vaccines when I made an appointment for one. Always blaring loud obnoxious music too. Avoid at all costs!

I have been a member of cvs pharmacy for as long as I can remember. The customer service over the last 2 years has dramatically declined. I called with a simple question about a prescription today and was yelled at “We don’t have it!!” And I was HUNG UP ON before I even finished my sentence. I was treated so rudely and for no reason. I guess I called At an inconvenient time, but, being that I am calling on the phone… how would I know that? I am No longer a customer as of today.

The worst pharmacy on Earth. They do not pick up their phones after several times calling several days in a row. When you show up they tell you to come back in an hour to pick up medicine and when you come back an hour later they tell you to come back in 20 mins. This is why we try calling ahead but they don't answer!!!

I had a prescription called in (9/26/23) and when I went to pick it up the pharmacy was closed. I understand there was an emergency. Things happen. The following day when I called to confirm that the pharmacy was open, I was on hold for more than 15 minutes. That was after going through their automated answers.I never found out if the pharmacy was open. I had to call the provider and had the prescription sent to a different pharmacy (not cvs).There should be another option of 0 stars. I gave them 1 star because 0 option was not available. What a lousy way to do business.

I'm not sure why they are having such staffing issues, but now it's affecting me, the customer. Two times in as many days, I tried to pick up my meds, and the wait time and number of people in line was ridiculous. There was still another cash register available, but nobody bothered to hop on and start ringing up customers. I have already moved all my prescriptions to RiteAide. Bye!

CVS is very organized, clean and there’s a great selection of products to choose from.The customer service and the pharmacy staff are very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate this. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the worst CVS pharmacy I have ever been to. There is NEVER more than one person helping customers with their prescriptions. The line is 9 people deep right now. Hire more people CVS!!’

Pharmacy has gone down hill. Last couple months I’ve had to wait in a long line just to pick up medications. I’m about to switch to the home delivery pharmacy offered through my insurance.

I am a loyal customer to cvs lake avenue ext store pharmacy for many years. I have been noticing deterioration in the customer service recently. The pick up window is closed most of the time due to employee shortage. When come into the store often the pharmacy line is pretty long. Today, it was worse than ever. I had to wait for about 45 minutes to pick the stuff. When eventually reached to the counter, my prescription was not even ready and consequently I had to wait additionally about 15 minutes. Totally unacceptable. Store must increase employee if business is booming otherwise people will move to other options. Very poor customer service.

Pharmacy staff so rude and how can you not let customers know when you don’t have a medication in stock yet call to say it’s ready for pick up?! Worse certain medications you can’t just not have totally negligent how they run this pharmacy
