Lady on phone said an hour till I can get my perscription. When I asked why more waiting and can't it be less, she scoffed and said actually, it will be ready tomorrow, bye and hung up. Currently on the phone with CVS customer service filing a complaint

I’d pick a different CVS. In the evening, there is only one person handling a line that stretches to the front of the store. 30 minute wait to pick up an already filled prescription is silly.Other pharmacies can handle this load, so look elsewhere.

Pharmacy staff is horrible. Pharmacist was Very rude over the phone. I called to ask about a prescription and was yelled at by him and told to stop calling because they are busy. What kind of pharmacy is this? You don’t know what people are going through and treat them horribly over the phone such a heartless human being.
